Friendly staff, the ability to see my dog on the WebCam, and the great social aspect of it for my dog.
I love how welcoming and kind each worker is to every dog. The dogs seem calm and relaxed and appear to know they are in a safe space.
Each time I speak to a member of your team I feel a sense of responsibility toward my dog and they are aware of anything I have discussed regarding special care my dog may need.

The people are great, you can tell they love dogs and I feel very comfortable knowing and seeing how they interact with the pups.

My dog has been going to Dogtopia for more than 4 years and he LOVES going. He wiggles and gives hugs and kisses when he arrives. When i say, "Do you want to go to doggie daycare and see your friends", he zooms around in excitement. That says it all.

I love so much about Dogtopia. The staff are all so amazing but my dog absolutely loves being outside and it’s hard for me to justify bringing her somewhere where she has no access to the outdoors when the weather is nice. If there were someway to add outdoor access I would 100% come to Dogtopia year round but in absence of that i have to select another doggie daycare March-November.
Everyone is friendly and always excited to see Bella. And she seems so happy to be there.

I called and spoke with the GM who promised me I would get a call back the next day after watching videos. My boys were on rotation with each other and didn’t get to play together. My Rottie was in “off camera” for about an hour or me, even with my constant phone calls and text messages. We use to love coming there, but now I am not sure I can trust my babies there.
Love Dogtopia and how it has changed my dog. He is more social, gets along with other dogs, and new people. Before that he only was in the house with my family. He is a changed dog.. I tell that to the Dogtopia Staff all the time - how they have changed my dog's life and mine :)
I love that I can reserve my dogs days in the app and sometimes last minute.
I also appreciate all the weekly themes and fun things they offer the dogs
Everything -- easy to access; friendly and knowledgeable staff; beautiful facility; dedication to philanthropy, for example in supporting training of service dogs; full range of services; cheerful atmosphere.
Pros: Very friendly staff, easy check-in/check-out, grooming services are offered, very clean.
Cons: I do wish the cameras were a little more interactive so that images could be zoomed in. There doesn't seem to be too much interaction with the dogs on a regular basis. And I wish there was designated outdoor space for the dogs to play. I understand that isn't possible at this location and may not be part of the business model.

The best place to take your fur baby! I am very protective over my girl and 100% trust the employees with her and she LOVES them! HIGHLY recommend!
Unable to see webcam during 12-2 even though it’s feeding/nap time. Not sure why that’s a factor in turning the webcams off. Also no staff during boarding on site therefore I won’t be taking my puppy here for boarding in the future.

Thank you Dogtopia for always having genuine love and care for my dog Buddy. The staff is always there for Buddy by making him feel welcome, happy and content.I can always trust that Buddy will be in safe hands when I drop him off.
