I had a confusing experience working with Dogtopia for my first boarding with them--initially I was told I would just need to complete a meet and greet visit plus 1 full day of daycare which could occur all in one day, and then I would be able to book boarding. On the day when I brought the dog in for the meet and greet / daycare day, I was told I would actually need two full days of daycare prior to boarding. On the following day I brought my dog in for daycare and was told I would need to complete 3 days of daycare prior to boarding. Overall this added stress to my upcoming trip and made me wish I had been given consistent information from the beginning because I could have planned better for this. Ultimately I was still able to have the boarding request confirmed and the staff have otherwise been very kind and friendly.
Jax loves coming to Dogtopia! The staff is amazing and the facilities are spectacular! Clean, comfortable and fun for dogs of all sizes.
The staff at the Waugh Drive Dogtopia location are amazing! They take excellent care of my pup and he absolutely loves to go there everyday to play.
I like that my dog is safely indoors all day. She overheats easily so being in a climate controlled environment is good for her. The staff are great and take great care of our fur baby.

When my dog was new she was afraid of people and other animals and now after only maybe 5 times the people interacted with her and she loves all of them and now has two best animal friends to play with and she isn’t hesitant to go in the door like she was in the beginning she can’t wait to get in the door and just runs up to the people with joy
We’ll run and clean
The staff is great. They keep track of whether or not my Bruno ate his lunch, if he had a bad day or a great day. You can tell they love their furry friends. Bruno enjoys his time there and is always excited when we arrive. The place is always clean and I love the fact that I can check in with the cameras. He attends two days a week to help him socialize and he does with his chosen few. I would (and have) recommended Dogtopia to other dog owners I know.
All of the employees are great to deal with, and they treat the animals as if they were their own. My dog loves it there. Highly, recommend!!
My pup is excited
To go and worn out when we get home. Love that he gets exercise and socialization when we have to be gone all day.

The staff are so incredible. Shout out to Maya, whom my dog absolutely adores. Everyone shows so much love and attention to the animals, you can tell they love their job. Service is top tier!!

Hi,
Maybe an buzzer, camera or someway to let the people in the back know a client is at the door waiting to drop off or pick up? I know some people will abuse that & make you crazy but I have had a few instances where I have had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back. I know it is hard to get the correct amount of staff and things happen, everyone is super nice and I am sure they are busy but I drop off my dog because I have to go to work so this is sometimes and issue.
