great place!
I feel that the facility could be cleaner and the staff members could be more attentive during the day with the dogs. Also I receive lots of fun emails and activities from the Beach location, but the Southbank location doesn’t seem to provide that for their dog families.
Everything. The staff is kind and happy. They're kind to the human and furry customers. I love the transparency of the video cameras. My dog loves going there. If he's not playing he's following the team member around, getting exercise. It's a great place. They don't have many businesses anymore with this level of excellent service.
Most importantly our dog is so happy there, he gets so excited to go…every time. He comes home tired. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the app is easy to use, and being able to see him on the camera is such a nice bonus.

Friendly staff. They LOVE dogs! Ace came home and went right to sleep with a smile on his face :)
More feedback on a daily/weekly basis. Also quicker drop off /pick up times.

Staff are friendly and take great care of my dog.
We love Dogtopia and so does Buster! It’s so nice to be able to leave him overnight and know we can trust the staff to take great care of him! You can tell all of the coaches truly love all of the dogs and treat them as their own. It’s also a great opportunity to socialize with other pups, make new friends, and burn off lots of energy!

Our dog has so much fun at Dogtopia, and the staff is so great with him. We’re so happy we have a trustworthy place he can go to make friends and stay while we’re out of town.
I know Bella has a good time at Dogtopia and can't wait to get out the door to go! She comes home tired - a plus for us! And it provides a lot of social interaction for her which is important.

Friendly and caring
I love the energy and friendliness of the entire staff! I am a senior citizen that just doesn't have the energy to meet my puppy's needs. Problem solved with Dogtopia! My dog comes home after playing with her friends and is ready to eat and go to bed. I like that this has trained her to be very social with other dogs too. She attends 2-3 times a week.

From the beginning with the Meet & Greet, Lauren was exceptionally professional. Each coach with Lauren, are incredibly attentive and detailed- oriented. Clean facilities. Great system which includes laying out the medicine admin on a form for team members to follow.
Elle at Central support was sharp as tack. Resolved the webcam mystery after several tries to get live feed to watch them all play, and see how my dog was doing. Very clingy
He loved his stay and will be returning to enjoy the experience.
