Just consistent and reliable. I drive 20+min when a different location is 5min away because we used to live in Roseville and just really like this place. Another girl who lived in my building also lived 20+min away and she also brings her dog there still. I’m sure other locations are nice but I’ve heard this location is best by far.

Amazing! This is the only place that my nine-year-old Aussie will go to be groomed. The groomer must be the nicest person in the world! Nola is not upset when she sees the building and doesn't seem distressed when she comes out -- this is truly a first. Thank you!
Excellent loving care given by the staff at dog topia, I would send the hospital and at home. Do you so there for almost 5 weeks very well taken care of I highly recommend the octopia on beach boulevard
The owners and all the staff are so kind and professionnal!
Everything is great. That said, if it was possible, having additional staff around drop-offs and pick-ups would be helpful, although I understand the staffing/cost challenges.
Everyone is always excited to see our girl when she comes, and I feel like they genuinely love dogs.
Friendly staff, they remember my dog Henry and seem to really like him, even though he is a very shy boy! I feel Henry is safe and taken care of and his social skills have improved big time since going to Dogtopia!

Firstly the staff is incredibly friendly. Ian along with the front desk attendants took care of me and more importantly my dog JNX. The environment is quite impressive and my dog was well taken care of during his time away from me. Dogtopia LaGrange has been a great discovery for me.
Friendly staff, clean facilities, web cams, convenience, I'm confident that they care about my pup.

Snickers is well taken care of when she visits. The staff know her my name when we come in.
1. The people are very nice and very kind to my dog.
2 Dogs are screened so that I know my dog is safe both from diseases and from fighting.
3. There is always someone in the room. Just in case.
4. It's my dog's happy place!

Been coming to Dogtopia for years . The staff is so kind and I always feel confident that my angel is taken care of and loved while there . He comes home tired and happy!
It’s off putting that music is blasted in the toy box room considering how sensitive dogs hearing is.
There is no reason I should feel the vibration from the bass of the music playing when I’m in the waiting area.
This place used to be somewhere I felt good about leaving my dog but I think there is a lack of education/training as well as effective management.
I still use daycare when I’m in a tight pinch but I worry all day about what’s going on there.
There are some great staff members still there that I love but the place has gone completely downhill in the last six months.
Love the people and the process. And I especially like the cameras! It is so fun to peek in on Ralph during the day.
Patience with dogs that are good boys but need extra attention
We've been going to Dogtopia for a couple of weeks now and we could not be happier. Every single team member that we've had the pleasure of interacting with has been so lovely. It is so comforting to walk in each morning and have our dog be greeted by name. Leaving our pup was hard at first, but the Dogtopia team has made things so much easier.
I like that the dogs are able to have their lunch separate but enjoy playing with other dogs.
I feel safe as staff are friendly and educated in the dogs
It makes me secure that everyone provides vaccine info also

Very happy so far! I was worried about my boxer with people anxiety but my heart was so full when I was watching the video and saw the staff member leaning down to hug and pet him and he wasn't scared. He allowed it and wanted more love. It usually takes multiple interactions for him to become comfortable. This happened on day 1 -
