Make the webcams more reliable. Toy box webcam freezes a lot. We have reinstalled the app several times and there were no noticeable changes .
I cannot say enough good things about this doggie daycare! My dog struggles with anxiety, and finding a place where she feels safe and comfortable has always been a challenge. From day one, the staff showed incredible patience, understanding, and genuine care for her unique needs.
They took the time to get to know her, helped her adjust at her own pace, and kept me updated on her progress. It was clear that they truly care about the well-being of every dog in their care.
Knowing that my anxious pup is in such caring and capable hands gives me tremendous peace of mind. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone, especially those with dogs who need a little extra patience and support.

Service has been great since we started with Dogtopia. My dogs are always so excited to go to daycare and are greeted immediately by name from personnel.
I really like the application very user friendly, especially the webcams and the separate play areas for dogs.
One piece of feedback: I brought Hans in on June birthdays day because I received a banner/message indicating there would be a birthday celebration for dogs with June birthdays. However, I noticed that nothing special took place for the dogs celebrating their birthdays, and the day appeared to be a regular daycare day.
If birthday celebrations are advertised, it would be nice to have some type of activity, recognition, photo, or treat so pet parents can feel that the occasion was acknowledged.
Overall, I am very happy with the service and appreciate the care provided to Hans.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Lynn and this team. When I needed boarding for Shadow for an entire week with only 30 minutes' notice, they stepped in without hesitation and treated him like family. Every day, they sent updates on how he was doing, which gave me so much comfort and peace of mind while I was away.
The staff was absolutely amazing, caring, and genuinely invested in Shadow's care. They even went above and beyond by accommodating my pickup after office hours. It’s rare to find people who care this much, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they did. Knowing Shadow was in such loving hands made all the difference.
I would recommend them 100% without hesitation. If you're looking for a place that will treat your dog like their own, this is it!

We were in town for a conference and wanted to enjoy a road trip with our newly adopted Goldendoodle. We discovered Dogtopia and couldn’t have been more pleased. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles. We loved watching Charlie get plenty of exercise and social time by live streaming.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with every step of the experience—from the initial inquiry to registration and drop-off. Dogtopia is truly a great solution for dog parents in need of day or overnight care.
Love the Saturday option and everybody has been wonderful so far! I like being able to check in on the camera during the day to see her playing and having fun.

The place is clean and tidy, and the staff is very pleasant. The dog seems to enjoy going there.
Have a crateless rest area. We are considering not returning because Oscar was really mad when we picked him up, took him a day and a half to get back to normal. Iall I can think of was that he was crated, and that must have reminded him of being abandoned. We just rescued him in March.
I like that you are open till 10pm. It is so helpful when you have a job that can go into the early evening and once in a while is unpredictable.
Hours, friendly people
The staff greets us by our human and dog names. They really get to know your pup. They know the dogs' likes and dislikes. They know the behaviors - encouraging the good ones and correcting the inappropriate ones. They truly love dogs.
We live and shop around their Bearden location.
Dogtopia is nearby, my dog loves it, I can watch him on my cell phone while he plays with other similarly energetic dogs, and the staff knows Blanco very well. They keep up the dogs' vaccinations
We love how involved you are with the dogs and how clean you keep the play areas.
It’s lovely however the most expensive dog daycare I’ve experienced. Our previous place I was able to afford multiple days per week with or without a membership.
I like the kind and thorough customer service. I appreciate the dedication to cleanliness and getting to see what the dogs are up to on your big screen and on social media. My favorite part is the love you have for Tanny and all the dogs and the fun environment you create for them (and us!) through special theme days and gourmet lunch treats!
My pup, Piper, loves Dogtopia! She is always excited to get there and play with her dog friends as well as the caring humans making sure everyone is happy and safe. I recommend Dogtopia to everyone I know. 🐶
