Everyone was informative friendly and enthusiastic. The staff is very welcoming both to the dogs and the humans.
The staff are clearly dog lovers and make it a point to learn all the dogs in their care. Our dog loves going there, and is incredibly upbeat and energetic whenever we pick him up. It is truly his “community” and keeps his mental health sharp!
My dogs really enjoy going to Dogtopia and I love that they are enriched and get a chance to runoff excess energy. The staff is great with them. I wish there were discounts (multi-dog, senior citizen, etc.) so I could afford to bring them more often as I am sure they benefit from this playtime.

I like that you open early for people who work earlier hours of the day. I also like that there is access to cameras so I can check in on my pup!

The staff is very thorough by taking pics when my pup vomited. April, the new Manager, wanted to have record of it in case it was recurring. I was very impressed.it shows you how much they care. Thankfully it was a one time incident.
We toured a few different places to keep our dog while we went on vacation and we liked this place the best. It has a nice big play area and the staff was really great! One problem was the night before we dropped him off I got a text saying that our dog that was booked for the suit a month in advance couldn't get a suite any more because they over booked... The MAIN reason we picked this place was because of the suite our dog does not do well in kennels. They were able to move some things around and get him in 3-4 nights so I was told.. Also we scheduled a groom for the last day and they cut way to close under 3-4 paws and when he got home they were very red and one paw had a cut. 5-10
Jake seems very happy there. I think they truely care about each dog.

The entire staff is so welcoming and inviting. You’re always greeted with a smile, and they are incredibly accommodating with our high-maintenance Frenchies! I always feel confident knowing that my dogs are well cared for and in good hands when I board them here.

The staff are great and have shown us that they really do watch the dogs. Also, it's great that they have web cams.
Reservation requests should be honored within one business day. I had to call to clarify why our request was still pending and was essentially told that the requests aren't always checked daily. On the day our dog was visiting, the webcam was not functioning. As it was his first day, we really did want to be able to check on him. Despite the above, he seems to have had a good day and we will bring him back again soon.
Friendly staff and flexibility of hours.
Staff is very friendly and attentive. My dog always comes home happy and worn out from paying. They do many different activities for the dogs also.

We've tried several dog daycare and boarding services through Colorado Springs. Dogtopia is without a doubt the best. Friendly professional service. I can tell my dog truly enjoys himself. Most importantly, I feel safe leaving him with any of the staff. I also love that they have events for the pets.
Everyone is so friendly and understanding my girl dog Venus gets nervous she can be a handful but everyone is so kind and patient coda my boy dog is old and everyone is also kind and patient with him
It used to be a great place. Hazel loved it there until they started leaving her in the crate all day. The first time, I didn't realise it .when I picked her up she was Full of energy and reeked of urine. I tossed it up to she plopped into it while playing. The second time, I watched the camera . In a 5 hour play day, I checked 4 times and every time she was crated. I was assured there were no issues with her when i asked. I brought her the following saturday ... she hid between my legs and refused to go to the playroom. She had to be convinced to go. That's when I figured out what happened the first time too. I complained to staff about it and was told i would get a call. I didnt. I reached out to management 4 days later ,who checked into it and got back to me very quickly. He apologized, offered me free services, and assured me the staff member would be handled appropriately. The next two times I took her were good. She had fun and was tired. I took her today, dropped her off at 9:15 and Ran an errand . when I got home at 10 , I turned on the camera and she was in the crate. I watched till 10:20, then went and got her. I refuse to allow her to be crated while all her friends are running around and playing. That's just pure torture for her, and it Angers me greatly. She is an amazing dog with a fantastic temperament. She is even used with meet and greets. Hazel doesn't deserve treatment like this. I am not sure that I can trust this business with my dogs well being anymore. Its sad too because she really loved going there. I am not even sure what could make this right.

Always friendly and professional. Feel like they really like dogs here and treat them all well. It seems like they know every dog by name and greet them when they arrive. They also do great work when giving dog a nail trim or bath.
