On Bailey's first day, she caught a Bee in her mouth. While this is a proud dog mom moment, LOL, the team called me right away because she did get stung inside her mouth. I was happy that they were so responsive. All turned out okay, no allergic reaction.
I appreciate the team's kindness and quick response.
Staff is amazing; from the front office to the trainers in the back. You can feel the love for the dogs. Not just a job, a passion. I know my baby is in good hands. I love the webcams. They erase any doubt.

Excellent staff, wonderful with communication. Im so impressed they recognized our pup after only 2 visits. I legit dont mind the rising cost because I hope that means the excellent staff is being taken care of. I truly trust the current staff completely, so I hope theyre being treated well.
Our dog is so happy, she comes home exhausted. Dogtopia has been perfect for helping her lose weight and manage her separation anxiety. I cant wait to hear about her finally making friends there.

The staff is amazing!
Everything was great, the people, the cleanliness, etc. My complaint and why I will not use you is because the room my small dog was in with the other dogs, the play area, is way too small. It needs to be bigger with that many dogs in there playing. It made my dog very nervous and anxious. We will be going to Bark Park in Rocklin because their play rooms are much, much bigger.

Our dog came back with what looked like a bite on his nose that scabbed and is scarring. Our dog has never bit a human or dog ever and plays extremely well with other dogs so he didn't start that fight. He also came back with very bad diarrhea for almost a full week. :(

My pit/lab mix, Anna likes to roll around in the pet park ugh…😏. Certainly makes snuggling with her, not even The slight bit appealing. I had Anna groomed at Dogtopia 2 times so far. I’m taking her again tomorrow morning. Both times she looked and smelled so good. Making snuggling with her awesomely pleasing, so soft and smelled so good. I forget what scent I had put on her last time but it was very pleasing. The products I buy to clean her with, which are usually flea and tick shampoos, just doesn’t compare to how she smells when I get her back from Dogtopia‘s grooming, snuggly, fresh and soft.
The staff and management are very genuine and professional. I know my pup is being well cared for when she is there.

I know that when I leave my dog in your care, I don't have to worry about her at all while I'm gone. I appreciate being able to check in via the cameras, but also know that I don't need to. Thank you.

I love the fact that he enjoys going. I love that there are cameras so I can see him. The staff are all friendly and caring. I have no worries when he’s there.
Staff is friendly and take really good care of our girl. They are very attentive and make sure the pups are safe.
They also have fun activities for the pups and take fun pictures for the parents. They have special treat days too!

This location is always on top of everything. It is clean, well staffed, responsive and most of all my pups are always excited when we arrive for drop off. Of course, I love that I can check on my pups on the webcams.
