Staff are knowledgeable and kind. They take the time to get to know the dogs and sincerely like them. Dogtopia provides the socialization and stimulation our dog needs.

I have been using Dogtopia over 2 years and what I like the most is that I feel very comfortable leaving my dog for any services. My dog is super afraid of the water and its always a struggle to bathe him at home but the staff here makes him feel super secure and he doesn't cry or struggle when he comes for bath time. I have also started to leave him for doggy daycare and I like that I can keep an eye on him even when I'm away.
Everyone is very friendly and seem to love what they do.
All the staff seem very upbeat and very helpful with all my questions and concerns. And my shy dog is starting to blossom and be a truly happy pup.

My dogs love to go to Dogtopia! Everyone is so friendly to me and my pups. Their hours are great and so are the prices. I also like the web cams so I can check in on Molly and Bella.

As dogs per room increases there should be more staffing to ensure the safety of all the animals. Recently I witnessed a lot of excessive behavior because energy was too high and there didn’t seem to be control of the room.
Dogtopia is a place where I can I take my 6-yr old Shih Tzu and feel comfortable that he will have a great experience! He has been going there since the business first opened. We like the events they offer daily for us to choose if we want to allow our dog to participate in. For example, photo shoots, paw crafts, and a variety of healthy snack treats for him. We also like the grooming services they offer.

We love Dogtopia! All the staff is wonderful! However, the afternoon front desk staff is not very friendly or welcoming and often makes pickup awkward.
You took exceptional care of our older dog, Sissy, while we were on vacation for eleven days. She was given special attention for her needs and we received updates several times.

The cleanliness of the place and the friendly staff
Our two boys, 12 and 4, always enjoy their visits to Dogtopia, and as dog parents we are always impressed with every staff member with whom we come into contact, as well as with all the staff members we see via webcam. They all enjoy their work, understand how to play and attend to the dogs, and are always attentive to any requests we may have. We have zero worries or concerns when we leave the "boys": we know they are in excellent hands, and once home we can tell their visits were successful!

I especially want to give a huge shoutout to DeeDee—her warmth, attentiveness, and love for the animals is unmatched. Every time I drop off my pup, I feel 100% confident that they are in the best hands possible. DeeDee and the entire team take the time to really get to know your dog, and it shows in the way they interact with them.
I love the team, the activities they put on, and how involved they are with the pets. From themed days to personalized attention, they create such a joyful, safe environment that my dog absolutely adores. The employees are so friendly
Prior daycare I used had outdoor play time, so dogs had an opportunity to go outside and play. This would be helpful especially when I board my dog, as they may not be able to go outdoors for days at a time.
Additionally, I would get a physical photo of my dog during picture days, I would enjoy if Dogtopia brought that back.
