Well, most importantly, my dog loves it there! People are very accommodating and attentive and everybody knows my dog’s name! She has a lot of fun when she’s there, and she comes home tired. She was a rescue and I find that her personality and confidence has very much changed since I’ve been taking her to Dogtopia. She’s much more relaxed and extremely well behaved. I really feel that this facility has helped her come out of her shell, along with all the wonderful caretakers that watch over her. I couldn’t be happier when I go off to work, knowing that she’s there and not home by herself all day.

Friendly staff, live feed for the dogs. Long hours. I felt like my dog.emjoyed herself there, she always came home tired from playing all day which was perfect.
Love how friendly the staff is but the groomer is the one who seals the deal. She is amazing with my Doodle!

The dogs are all thoroughly vetted, and they have a great time playing together. The employees are very friendly and welcoming. My dog is thrilled every time he arrives there!
Dogtopia Purcellville provides a safe and fun place for my dog. The hours are very doable, the staff know and love the dogs. I can relax and do errands or yard work with no worry.

Need an outside space.
It seems that you have good established processes in place. I also really like being able to view the playrooms on-line.
There seems to be a lot of staff turnover and new people always training. We also used to get food back when our dog doesn't eat it. The bag comes back empty and i'm skeptical that's the case as my dog is 50/50 on finishing his food typically.

Very friendly staff
The place was very clean, and the people who worked there were all very attentive and considerate of my dog's needs. Having cameras is a great idea, so you don't feel so far away from your pet. My dog didn't feel nervous or scared during his stay there.

I love Dogtopia, My little fur baby loves it there and I appreciate how the staff loves her too. She is excited every time I pull up to drop her off. I don’t worry about her when she there because I know she will be well taken care of as if she was with me.
More human interaction with the dogs, playing games with them, reading to them.
