My dog loves it so I love it, the groomer is always good as well.

Daycare
I've had a great experience with everyone I've met at my location. The manager/owner is clearly passionate about her work and she puts a smile on my face every time I speak with her. The employees are likewise kind and welcoming. It engenders a feeling of trust, which is necessary when I'm parting with my best friend!
Take the dogs outside more often. Do things with them while inside instead of just walking slowly around the room letting the dogs follow. More active play.
I appreciate the attention & care of the staff in making both the dogs & their parents feel very comfortable.
I like how easy it is to book services. The staff are terrific and my dog loves loves loves going to Dogtopia!

Everyone is so nice and welcoming and loving to my fur baby !
keep a better eye on the dogs/be super diligent in cleaning up pee spots. our dog comes home smelling of dog urine. do they roll in it? that is something that needs to be addressed, whether its being quicker to clean it up or being diligent in keeping the dogs away until it is cleaned up.
have an outdoor space if you can.

There’s nowhere for the dogs to run and play. It’s a little room and they poop and pee inside. Sad.
Boarded my 2 dogs for 10 days in a clean, safe and caring environment. On webcam I could watch them on a daily basis. It was great. They were taken care of excellently.

I loved te fact that the staff were very professional and made me feel at ease when I dropped off my 4 lb Multese. I also liked that my dog came with a report card, that wà a nice touch but the best part is that I can view the play room to see my dog Interac with other dogs. This is peace of mind

Dogtopia Applewood has the most caring staff, excellent service to parents, and a day of tremendous fun for our pups. The games, daily activities, and special occasions - all the time and commitment to thier service, they offer our pups something new and exciting every visit.
The staff at Applewood are just like family and no wonder my ziggy loves them!
