Watching the camera there is very little interaction
Between the handlers and the dogs. When we chose dogtopia there were bubbles and chalking follow the leader or even a wuick pet.. Now nothing
Probably like most other daycares but some days he comes home really dirty and with dingleberries. We could do without the poop in the car. Maybe a freshen up station with wipes at checkout or something if staff can’t do it?
The girl working at the front desk was polite, however, was easily distracted while she helped us. Every time a co-worker came in she would interrupt our conversation to talk to them about other things going on with work. It was distracting to me as well.
Friendly staff and easy process.
We love the staff! It's very obvious they care for our pets almost as much as we do!
Staff is friendly and the facility is great. Our dog loves it there and gets so excited when she knows she's going.

Always kind to my puppy and me. Dokki loves the time she spends there and especially bubble time!! They recently went above and beyond helping me with a spa appt. Thanks to everyone who works there! Would not go anywhere else.
The two girls who were working when I took my dog for his meet and greet on May 17th were AMAZING!!!

I loved how the staff was so friendly towards my dog, and how helpful they were in explaining all the offerings the place has (like offering to mix in wet stuff into the kibble). I felt that the staff i interacted with would keep my pet safe and have his best interests at heart. I appreciated too that they wiped him down so he came home clean!
I also loooove watching my lil boy on the webcam!
I like also that there is a room separate thats just for the little dogs since i would worry about injury with the big dogs.

Ashlee was very thorough everyone that we have met on several different times coming in to inquiry, and doing a tour. The day of Bailey's appointment was just wonderful. Excellent customer service and Ashlee did a top-notch grooming.
My dog loves to visit, he gets so excited when we turn into the parking lot. Drop off and pick up is very easy.

We love that our dog, Sylvie, enjoys going to Dogtopia to socialize and play with other dogs and the staff. We never have a problem getting her out the door and she always seems excited to see the staff when we enter Dogtopia. When we’re unable to be home with her and provide the type of enrichment puppies need, we’re very grateful to have a safe and fun environment to bring Sylvie to play!

Everyone I have met Work as a team. They work with me, for example, when I had a family emergency, I let them know ahead of time, and they were very understanding and sympathetic.
