Our decision to maintain a fully enclosed environment is rooted in protecting our guests from serious outdoor hazards, including copperhead snakes, biting insects, and extreme weather conditions.

I love that my dog gets to go play and make friends. He's always ready to sleep and cuddle when I bring him home! I like the spa services offered, which we typically take advantage of after a few days stay. And we love the themed days. I was a little disappointed I brought him for Mother's Day though, and they did not have him participate in the craft.
They love my girl like she's their own. She always comes home absolutely exhausted!
We’ve been customers of Dogtopia for about 5 yrs now and both of our pups are hyper in the car once they recognize where we are when we pull up! 😉 Great staff and they are loving & attentive to each fur baby that’s in their care. It’s ALWAYS clean, they offer fun activities & photo fun for the pups, and they are prompt with communication. Highly recommended!
We have used the spa services in the past for bathing and nail trims. Maddox always looks good and smells good after his visit for a bath.
Maddox has also used the boarding services while we are on vacation. We feel better sending him here where he can get exercise rather than staying crated at our vets office. We also plan to send him during Fourth of July weekend because of the sound proof room.
There are several employees that are knowledgeable about canine behavior. If we have questions about anything we feel comfortable in asking one of them for an opinion.

Aspen is well cared for and I trust Dogtopia with her care. I also like that she can get grooming service during her day.
Every time I bring my Benzo in, all I see is everyone’s love for him and it makes me smile. He is my first baby and to see everyone else love and take care of him so well makes my heart happy. Thank you everyone for all the puppy pets, feeding him lunch, bathing him occasionally, and dealing with his loudness.
I took my dog for her first time to doggy daycare and she stayed the night as well. She came home smelling absolutely foul like a homeless person and was so dirty. I can’t take her back because I don’t wanna have to give her a bath every time I bring her home. I think I would’ve appreciated you guys to notice how dirty she was and to maybe just give her a bath before sitting her home. I can’t take Sadie here again. I do still go to the south Austin location. It seems to be better. No outside time is also a big bummer

Hamilton seems to enjoy himself and I don't have to worry about him not getting daily exercise or being exposed to inclement weather of any sort when I board him. Dogtopia is convenient, accommodating and safe! Thank you!
Flexibility, ease, friendly nature of staff
Staff was GREAT and knowledgeable; but that location’s space is crammed with too many dogs. For a daycare for our pup? Maybe. But longer boarding and knowing our dog would be in the same little room or crate all day? Not for us.
We love South Chandler Dogtopia! The team takes such great care of our two labs. Our new puppy had a super easy transition into daycare and boarding - she settled in right away. It’s clear the staff really cares, and we always feel comfortable dropping them off. Highly recommend!

From the moment I made an appointment for my dog to get groomed the staff was very professional. I have a Shetland Sheepdog that has thick long hair that was matted in several places. Laura, the groomer, did a fantastic job of cleaning those areas up without having to do a lot of cutting his hair. He looks (5) years younger now. I highly recommend Dogtopia for your dogs grooming needs.
Employees friendly & considerate with dogs that are older with disabilities loss of sight, hearing & injured L hind leg . Location is great for me!
I love the energy of the facility (when you walk in, it feels good) and of the people working there! Daniel is friendly and a pleasure to talk to! Jasper is making new friends and has a wonderful time!
So impressed with the dog groomer who took my tripo under her wing and gave him the best grooming job he's ever had. So grateful that I found you guys!
I got a full spa day for my dog and the only thing done was a bath. No nail trim, no ear cleaning, and he wasn’t even fully dry.

The extra things y’all do for playtime like the water day is great. Your staff clearly love the dogs too.
The meet and greet was such a great experience. The staff was friendly and showed a true interest in the pets they had at the facility. It was great seeing my dogs enjoying themselves at daycare.
There is nothing that I don’t like about Dogtopia. First and most importantly my dog loves it. She knows when we are close and can’t wait to get inside. The staff is remarkable, they are absolutely perfect with all the dogs.
The faculty is safe, clean, geared perfectly to their needs.
Our dog has razor burns and cuts all over him due to the HORRIFIC haircut he received yesterday. A guard was not used and they shaved him down to the skin! They also did the complete opposite of what we asked and even showed a picture of what we wanted. We are beyond upset and this “groomer” should not be grooming animals of any kind, she butchered our dogs hair.
The staff clearly cares. Whether it Jenn, Dorianna, or Adrian they always show up positive.
I feel good that even though I can’t be with Max on days he visits he is with people who care.
The whole staff is great and even though I did not name them all they are all great. It is a nice feeling when Max jumps in excitement when he sees Jamie and Alanah for the really early mornings
