The staff is incredible and great with all the fur babies. They know all the parents and the fur babies by name. I would recommend Dog Topia Highlands Ranch to anyone.
When I use Dogtopia I need to drop off at 6am sharp and attendants are always at the front desk and check in immediately. Staff take excellent care of my dog Thelma and she loves going. Only item I would like Alexandria Dogtopia to consider is offering discount packages for half day customers. My preference is half day and only use full day when I have to travel or board Thelma.

My puppy was parched every time I picked him up. Try putting water bowls in the kennels when you lock them up awaiting to be picked up.
Also, after 4pm I was no longer able to see the webcam even after my account was so called reset.
I just love the enthusiasm everyone there has! My dog George had to take a break for a few months for surgery and the team members would text to check in and it’s just so NICE! They love him just as much as me!

Provide outdoor space for play
Absolutely LOVE Dogtopia, Fulshear! The staff is incredible! They take excellent care of my senior dog. She is always happy and very well cared for when I pick her up. Highly recommend this location! No other boarding facility even comes close!

Our 100+ lb Lab is a big baby when it comes to getting his nails clipped. Dogtopia in South Elgin is the only place able to handle his craziness and make him feel calm during process that he has so much anxiety over. Their spa services keep Apollo looking great and smelling awesome. Recommend 100 times over!!

I cannot say enough great things on how my Tucker reacts to them, and how they love my dog.
This team really loves what they do and it shows in how they serve the two legged and four legged clients.
My dog always comes home form boarding smelling great from a bath and happy. ( and tired from playing) and I know that he is doing well when I am away. Also--if any thing comes up, they call you to tell you...no surprises.

Friendly staff! They genuinely seem excited to see my puppy. She loves them! I love that there are webcams so I can check in on my puppy during the day. And I love that they offer spa and boarding options. When we need to board her- we know she is with people she knows and is comfortable. It allows us to relax knowing she hs in good hands!

The staff is great. They know my dogs and are very caring. The facility is always clean.
All of the staff was very friendly and seemed to treat my dog Bailey very well. Also I loved that they have cameras in the playrooms so that I can check up on my dog anytime that she is there.
Alynn was very helpful and explained about their different doggie daycare plans as well as their boarding. Bailey really seemed to have fun and we will definitely be returning.
They did a terrific job on Buddy's nails and bath....

They are happy to see the pups and the parents. They offer advice and help when your having a problem with your dog. I like that there is web cams to watch what is going on. I just wish the extra things they would have a sign up sheet when dropping off, because sometimes I miss the text when working.
I know that my dog is well cared for while she is there - and she loves going! The staff are excellent. The facility is clean and there are lots of entertaining activities for my dog, as well as tasty treats.
The staff is great. My dogs love coming there. I do wish the had more options to drop the dogs without mandatory monthly fees. Their minimum is 4 times a month. Which is cost effective unless you can’t bring your dog 4 times a month.
This was our first daycare day at a Dogtopia. We selected 1/2 day, dropped our pup off at 2pm and picked him up at 6:18pm. We were charged a full day. When I called the next day to find out why, they said next time we come in, there would be a note in his file, and they just "wouldn't check him in". I find this odd. If something happened, there would be no record of my dog even being there. That is unsafe practice. The next afternoon, I received the email that I am assuming was supposed to come the evening of care. It explained how he could be feeling and behaving after a day of play. I think getting the email a day later was not helpful in the least. Lastly, when we picked him up, no one told us how he did. We were unaware of any issues, behaviors, etc. that he displayed while in their care. I think at this point we will give it one more try, and if things are still unorganized like this, I think we will move onto a different facility.
I like that your staff knows my dog and seems to really like him. He is a total "Mamma's Boy" and often whines and whimpers when he sees me leaving but your staff grabs him, distracts him and scoots him away before he even realizes I'm on my way out the door.
Most of my appointments with you are scheduled at the last minute and you can always accommodate me and my untimely schedule.
The staff seems to really like being there. That's a comfort to me.
