I love the cameras and everyone is extremely friendly at the front desk. They knew my name and dog by the second visit.
Front desk staff are great. We have boarded here several times and have had no issues. The last time we boarded, however, we were informed that our dog was limping and appeared to be licking her leg. You assured us that you would keep an eye on it, which I’m sure you did. However, on pick up about 2 days later, you said she seemed better and they you did take extra care in trimming her nails so that her leg wouldn’t be bothered. When I picked her up, no one mentioned, including the gentleman who gave her a bath, that her back left toe was extremely swollen. Did you think I would not notice? When the manager called me and decided to diagnose my dog’s issue over the phone and tell me what to do, I thought it was outside of his area of expertise. In the same breath, he also chose to tell me that my auto-charge for play care was not working. The whole scenario just does not sit right with me.
I wish some of the policies were more clearly explained to me. Other than that the staff have been pretty nice and accommodating. My dog has a great time every time he's gone.

The staff is incredibly friendly and caring. They know Rumi by name and recognize us so it make our visits so personable. Rumi is always excited to go to dogtopia which makes me happy because she gets bored at home.

All the trainers are kind to the dogs and know the dogs by name. The trainers are responsive to requests and so far, have done everything we have asked..(like trading days, baths etc.

I absolutely ❤️❤️❤️ the staff. They never fail to provide feedback about my baby's visit. When he first started daycare, he was clingy to the staff and didn't play much. Then he began playing with the other pups and didn't want them to leave. When there were any issues they spoke with me and met among the staff to devise a plan to help him. They didn't just turn him away. We've all worked together. When I drop him off, he's excited to play and when I pick him up, you can tell he's had a great day. I absolutely ❤️❤️❤️ this place for him. Because the staff is patient and are dog owners as well.
I had taken him to another doggy daycare. They're staff wasn't as trained in dog behavior and I'm not sure, if they were dog owners. Unfortunately, I took him there because it was a little closer to my office. I don't mind driving a little further to ensure he's completely cared for.
Great care is taken with my dog Chai and previously Cody. Chai is not an easy client for spa services but I feel she is in good hands.

I really liked our meet and greet because the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting to know my dog. The facility felt clean, safe, and welcoming, and I left feeling confident that my pup will be in great hands.
Quality and flexibility of staff and services.
Our pup Bentley really enjoys coming to Dogtopia for daycare as he shows his excitement every morning. All of the staff are wonderful and do such a great job in caring for all the pups. We could not be more pleased with our experience at Dogtopia.

Every time I drop my dog off at a Dogtopia, I know without a doubt that my dog is in the best hands. He is happy to go and trots in with his tail wagging. All of the staff are so kind, friendly and dedicated. The special treats and activities they plan are so thoughtful too!
My dog Vanilla loves to go to Dogtopia every day is her second home. She loves all the coaches, the cuddles and all her furry friends. To all of the coaches you guys are the best.
The entire team is like family and they treat our Ava as one of theirs. We often use Daycare, boarding and the spa services.
