I wish there were beds for my small dog during the day. It makes me sad to see them all walking in circles for hours on end (that is, when the cameras are even working). He likes to sleep 18 hours a day in his old age and in the past at other daycare/boarding facilities, he would spend the better part of the day laying down.
Yesterday, I picked my dogs up from Dogtopia after being there at the daycare. I had scheduled to have them bathed and nails clipped right before pickup. One dog only had partially cut nails and the biggest hunk of poop on her butt. I was VERY disappointed! My dogs always smell so bad when I pick them up, so I thought this would help. I had to give her another bath when she got home. The other dog had the poop bag hanger from her leash missing. It was really annoying because the last time I dropped them off the scooper from their food was missing. I know these are little things, but I have only been there 3 times. I feel like I should just expect that something will be missing or wrong.

The ease of your offers to improve our dogs lives.
We use the daycare, training and boarding. There is no other place i would trust with our Doberman. I never have to worry that she is safe. Nick, Jenn and Kristi are so great with our babies. I love the special treats and activities they have for the pups.
For dogs that aren’t there a whole day it would be great if they weren’t crated for 2 1/2 hours at lunchtime it would be nice if there was an option for part-time doggies that need to be there at that time to have care available in another room.
Other than that, I am very happy with the care my fur baby receives. He loves going there and everyone is super nice to deal with and very caring

We absolutely loved our experience at Dogtopia! The facility is great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, we felt very comfortable knowing that Nala and Malu were in a safe, trustworthy place and being well taken care of. It gave us real peace of mind while they were there. We’re very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Dogtopia!
Staff is wonderful my dog loves going there. The only thing I would really like to see from Dogtopia is more flexibility in half days. In a dog daycare center.in Florida they allow 1/2 day rate for any stay under 6 hours

I cannot find facility to be sanitary. The dogs are expected to urinate and defecate on the floor, which is quickly picked up, but I can’t imagine is safe for the dogs or the people working there. I’ve never seen this kind of situation before I let my Pet go there for one hour to play he will not be returning. I wish the staff and all the dogs go there the best.
