I love bringing my dog to Dogtopia. The staff is super friendly and clearly cares about the dogs. Duke always comes home happy and tired, which tells me he’s had a fun, active day. The facility is clean, safe, and well-run. I feel totally comfortable leaving my dog here and highly recommend it to other pet parents!
The staff truly cares about my dog and he couldn’t be more excited to go there every week. He comes home exhausted every time and I love hearing about his day when we pick him up.
The staff is friendly, and understanding when i’m late or forget my dog..which isn’t often but still.
They know Tofu, and will send me pictures and updates of how she’s doing

We love the team at DogTopia on RT3 and they take such great care of Bailey and Scout when we have to leave town or just for their weekly day at daycare to play and get tired!

Friendly, professional staff. Points out pet concerns right away. Our dog looks forward to her daycare visits & is happily tired when she gets home. I’m able to view the webcam whenever I miss her.

The staff at Dogtopia took such good care of my dogs!! They followed my feeding instructions and gave my dogs attention and affection! Your fur babies will be well taken care of and loved when you leave them at Dogtopia!!

Very thorough. I am new so have sampled much. But what I have tried is great. While y dog was at daycare, they brushed his teeth. Good job too.
They know all the dogs by name the treats are healthy and hand made. Have creative activities for the dogs. most important I trust them with my dogs

Response from the manager. I have my dog enrolled on a weekly plan which gives me a discounted rate for extra days. I had to take him 4 extra days and I was charged $46 all those times. I have brought up the issue to the front desk 3 times. Last time I asked to speak with the manager and I was told she was on the phone. The front desk staff are always kind and helpful but they cannot solve this issue. I am still waiting for the reimbursement of the extra money I was charged.
My dog has allergy and bloody paws because of how they sit and play where they pee and poop. He had a fungal and bacterial infection which started once he goes to day care. I don’t know what you guys use to clean the pee or just plain water.EOD he smells like pee and you don’t even offer to bathe him and charge for it
