Friendly staff.
The team is always very attentive to the special needs of our dog. They are flexible when times for pick-up change.

Do dogs get access to water during daycare? I’m a bit concerned because it seems like my dog may not be getting any water.
Friendly staff and my dog loves going. She has also become a lot better at playing with other dogs since she has gone to Dogtopia. She has become less rough when playing and learned to leave dogs alone when not interested which I credit Dogtopia. The staff is also really great and remembers me and my dog which makes things really nice
My only reason it's not a 10 is because sometimes she comes home dirty, which I don't put on the staff but the small room especially when there is a lot of dogs. Wish the room was larger or had an outside portion
Friendly staff, daycare separated, camera for parents to check in, and hours. It’s helpful to have a daycare facility that’s also opened on weekends.
Excellent staff
Having the spa offerings makes it easier to get my dog’s nails trimmed while she’s at daycare or being boarded. My dog loves seeing the coaches. It’s nice having the webcams so I can check in on my dog when she’s boarded.
Everyone is very pleasant
Most aspects of Dogtopia are great, however the cost is too high.
Honestly, its the only dog/pet - related place that does not smell like the inside of a kennel:) Staff is always happy and welcoming and dogs are tired when they get home.

Manny has a rowdy, fun time. I enjoy peaking at him on the cameras. The front desk people are very kind.

Drop off/pick up times 7 days a week is great. My dog is always happy to come there and hang out for the day. I think she’s sad to leave.
The wait time is sometimes lengthy to drop dogs off- would be great to have more hands on deck when 4 or 5 people are waiting to drop off dogs.
My dog came home covered in fleas! Over a week later we are still trying to get them off of him and out of our house. My dog is on NexGard and we gave him multiple baths, but he was so covered in them that we cannot get them all off.
The staff and owners are very nice and they work with you to give your fur baby the best experience ever. I love Ms. Peggy

Everybody there is so nice, my only reason I didn’t give it ac10 is I think some of the bigger dogs in thrbsmall group should move up to the bigger dogs. So few dogs with the big ones and so many littles.
They treat my dog with love and care! We love that there is consistency in the staff.
I had to return to MI, upon the death of a family member and to support another through surgery/recovery. I had never put my pup in daycare and we were both obviously anxious and emotional.
Jenna and the team at commerce Dogtopia, were reassuring, and explained their schedule, how the day would go and how to check in on Nugget with the cameras. Nugget has now been to daycare several days and is excited, upon arrival.
The team of Commerce Dogtopia, has loved and cared for my baby, providing enrichment and fun allowing me to fully relax and embrace the journey of grief, and has allowed me to provide care to my mom during her recovery.
