The staff really get t o know the dogs
The personal attention and continued communication from the staff at Dogtopia is one of the best attributes of this establishment.
My dog is happy there, and I like that he is safe there, and adored. A husky barking happily all the way to daycare is something special. I recommend Dogtopia all the time to people where I live.
The team at Dogtopia Bakersfield make every day he visits fun for my australian shepherd mix Sawyer, and he's tired and content when I pick him up. The facility is always spotless and smells fresh, which is amazing IMO. The crew there is kind, dog-first oriented, and always has time to check in with me about Sawyer. Dogtopia is a great addition to our community!
staff is very welcoming and communicates well if there is a concern/issue. Ease of grooming, as I am able to drop off my dog, she is groomed and then kept playing the rest of the day is very convenient for me.
Thanks to the LIC team for taking care of Toffee while I was on vacation. The staff clearly loves and cares about the dogs and I was able to go out of town knowing she was in good hands!

The fact that you don't cage the dogs all day and that they get socialized with the play rooms.
I love how friendly and creative the staff at Dogtopia are. I feel as though my pets are truly cared for and engaged during their time at Dogtopia.
Everyone at Dogtopia is amazing to interact with. From check-in to pick-up, the way they greet my dog before taking him in back, and how they give me a report card every time, so I know how he did during the day. I recently had a concern about my dog, and they were right there reviewing the situation and calling me to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. I also love their philanthropy, and the special days to give the dogs a little extra fun. I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone and everyone.
I love the fact that we can drop our pup enough and know that their in good hands because he seems to love going to Dogtopia !!
The people are great and very professional
I like that I receive specific feedback about how Lily is doing, whenever I call to check on her. I like knowing that all the dogs are discussed at a daily meeting, and the staff seems to genuinely care. Taylor is especially responsive, and seems to really be good at her job!
My dog seemed to like the stay. He was happy. He did come home hungry. But it xpuld have been He was nervous becouse it was is first time to stay there.

My baby Biscuit loves Dogtopia! She gets pampered and play with her best furry friends. Once she gets home she behaves very good. Thanks all to the Dogtopia staff for teaching her manners as well.
More communication. We have a young puppy and needed care so we could see newborn grandchild. The manager was a little quiet, but nice… when we checked the dog cam we never saw her until we called to ask about it. However on the second day there was more a level of comfort and saw her more on the dog cam and had very good experience picking her up the second day. We will return due to convenience to see grandchildren. And we are sure it will be better as our puppy matures.
The care they have for the dogs.
Be specific about your daycare rates and times… I was charged almost 50.00 for what I thought was a half day. Found out when checking out that it is either morning or afternoon for half day, not by hours. I’m sure I was told different a few months ago

I like Dogtopia-Holladay, but the small dog area filled up and I'm not sure if my dog can attend from one day to the next.
Everyone is super friendly and my dog had a great time!
We love knowing that our dog will get plenty of attention, exercise, and love while he is staying at Dogtopia. We were able to leave on vacation without any worries about his care!
Always happy to see the dog and knows its name if you've been there a few times.
