The staff treat my pup like family. I know that he is always well cared for, and he has so much fun at daycare. He gets super excited when he knows we’re heading to Dogtopia. Scheduling and drop off/pick up is easy, and staff always communicate if there is anything I need to know about my dog’s behavior, interactions with staff and other dogs, or a health concern. And thank you for wearing him out~ he always comes home tuckered out from a day of play!
I had previously credit on account which would have been used before the Holidays , but instead was wiped off the books, so the overnight stay I was charged for Nov 14,15, and 16. I thought this unfair,

The kindness of the staff. The kindness they show all the pups. They love the pups. The staff is very professional and very attentive to the pups.
Everything from the time I signed up to now: the professionalism, well kept center, from greeting at curb side drop off and pick up. Also, the fact that I can monitor my furry baby while he’s there. Whenever I have a question , everyone knows how to answer the question. I love the location and flexibility.

I love how the staff is so friendly towards my fur baby as well as myself. Dogtopia is our go to whenever we have to have him boarded or go to a daycare.
I love that I can check in on my dog throughout the day with the webcams and that Dogtopia has activities all the time for him! I also love that there’s an outdoor area so my dog can get fresh air and sunshine when the weather is nice
Our dogs and their health is always a priority. They are older small dogs and often go off feed with change. The staff is very knowledgeable and manage this well. We can relax and enjoy our vacations knowing the dogs are in good hands.

The staff are incredibly kind and supportive and have created a wonderful space for our high energy puppy to play and learn and socialize. We are so grateful for all that they do to provide a safe play space for him!
My dog loves Dogtopia so much. He is so happy when we get there, and when I pick him up in the evenings. Doggie daycare is expensive, but I know it's worth every penny for my best friend.
But Alphonso who runs the desk in the morning is a drawback! He's really negative, and I find him difficult to share concerns with because he's so defensive. I think he's well intentioned, but I would feel a lot better about Dogtopia Towson if the person who greeted us in the morning was a better person.
Web cams are a bit glitching.
Staff attentive, like the focus on safety and flexibility to board if need be. Helps us manage other things in life, esp. medical concerns, without Chief having to crate at home for long periods.
Friendly and competent staff. My dog has fun and has thrived at Dogtopia.
