My dog loves going there. I am so happy to see how excited everyone is to see my dog and welcome him with open arms. He comes home tired every day and when we are on our way there, he starts crying with excitement. Thank you everyone for all you do!

My dog loves to come to Dogtopia. She is greeted and runs to the staff. I like watching her on camera and seeing how she is doing. I know she is well cared for. I also love that Dogtopia can board and groom my little Zoey.
First and foremost that we have a trustworthy place for our dog to go for the day or longer when needed with caring people who treat my dog like their own but also the enrichment opportunities offered.

I love the exercise my boy gets while he is at daycare. He does not get into doggy trouble at night after daycare.
Everyone is so friendly seem to be so happy to great our dog. Seem to be o. Top of cleaning always accommodating if we need nails trimmed or a bath will do it same day and our dog is not happy with nails. Our dog is not willing to go in the crate but they also accommodate that thanks to the entire team for caring for our dog.

The staff are amazing at Dogtopia. We know that our pups are well cared for and loved while there. The staff know each dog by name (I don’t know how they do it). Such a wonderful place! We are so thankful we have Dogtopia. We wouldn’t take our pups anywhere else.
When being quoted for boarding (2 dogs, Saturday -Sunday), we were told we were eligible for the “Buy one, get one” promotion. $55/night x 4 (4 free nights) = $220.00. The front desk staff quoted us $220 TOTAL and I tried to correct her that would be for one dog. She insisted that $220 was total for both dogs.
Upon pick up, I was told we owed $880 for both dogs. Luckily, the front desk staff member spoke to the manager who then said they would take 3 nights off of the stay per dog bringing the total to $550. This was $110 more than I planned to pay (knowing the initial staff member was inaccurate). While I am happy they honored a partial amount of the promotion, it is unfortunate because that quote was the deciding factor in where we chose to board our dogs. The alternative boarders would have been cheaper in the long run. I would recommend the system providing a written quote to eliminate human error as well as customer guaranteed pricing.

I love that Dogtopia has different rooms for different dogs, and the dogs get a nap time to recharge in the afternoon. I love how friendly the staff is and also being able to watch my dog on the webcam. The spa services are great too.
