The commitment and friendliness of all the staff to provide an excellent service
I love it there the staff is very friendly, and seems to really like their jobs
Would have been better if you had another camera near the door to see the dogs playing that end. The current camera doesn't capture the angle where most dogs are playing. On those two days of my dog boarding I couldn't able to see him for most part on the current camera.
I love that you guys have a video camera so I can check in on Bandit during his play time. I also love the updates shared on instagram. I can tell Bandit has so much fun while staying here. The staff is very friendly and are always willing to help and get your dog the best time.

Smaller size than some. The people know and seem to really like the dogs. Most important, my dog loves it. He's so happy to go and sometimes has to be persuaded to go home

My dog loves it there, the staff are enthusiastic and communicative, and it's clean. I also like that it doesn't have concrete floors like most other daycares.
I would like to see my dog a little more active. He still has Soo much energy when I pick him up. Some type of activity that requires him to run or chase.
Staff are very committed to the dogs wellbeing and safety.they love all the dogs as if they were their own. They all are dog lovers you feel that your dog is in very capable hands

Always a pleasant experience dealing with the staff at this specific Dogtopia. Our doggies only go there for their spa days but I always feel like they are in good hands. The staff is very kind and polite.
They are amazing and care for our dog like she is part of their family. She loves to go there and is so excited when we pull up to drop her off.

I understand things can happen, but my dog has received multiple injuries—one unknown and I had to report to staff once home. While the concern shown was appreciated, it was upsetting to know something happened and no one was aware.
I also understand the cost has to reflect the overall cost to operate and leave room for profit, it seems to be on the higher end than daycares I’ve used before.
Nothing is making us not want to return, just feedback.

Have the humans in the room clean up a little more. I really don’t like picking my Bella up and she smells like urine.

I would like to see less dogs in the gym and have the romper room used to more space and less congestion of dogs. It also seems like there should be more than one staff member in the room when there are 2-3x as many dogs. More staff, more room
