The front of house staff is amazing, especially the managers Brie and First name removed! And I can always count on the back of house staff to take good care of my pup!

Everything is very smooth, and the app is great
I think all dogs should be offered a chance to relieve themselves outside. Letting them go inside is just allowing bad habits that are hard to break at home.
On a recent visit I observed by video my dog being persistently mounted by another dog-the attendant did not seem to notice or be concerned- but it was clear that my dog (who is neutered) while not scared or frantic was trying to get away from the other dog who was refusing to give up. Maybe a time out for the other dog was needed.

When I picked up my pooch, after a week of boarding, no one knew my dog’s name. They called him a her. Misgendered my pet! And no feedback for how he did for the week. It’s possible the staff was filling in for the day - from another location, and had no relationship with my pet, but it seemed too industrial and non-personal for me.
When I call I usually recieve voicemail and do not get a phone call return or if I do it’s hours later. More communication or a little report card after a pets stay would be nice
Been with this location for < 6 months but in the short period of time they detail orientated and have willingness to go the extra mile. I have seen them make efforts to genuinely care for all the dogs, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.
Very friendly staff and additional services are always available. Most of all, our dog loves attending daycare in this location.

I had my pup stay 2 nights and picked him up on the 3rd day. I was charged for the day boarding after having to pay for the 2 nights. I never got a receipt to my email. I had to calI and ask why you charged me so much. All was said we have a boarding fee if not picked up at a certian time which i didnt know about. If i did i would have picked him up sooner. I am not happy.
