How happy my baby is when he arrives! Mommy and Daddy who…. I love that we can check the camera anytime. The staff are good with the dogs. I feel my my baby boy Rudy is being taken care of when he stays overnight.

We are so happy that Dogtopia partners with Second City Canine Rescue and Happy Hound University, Everyone there is so friendly and professional, the minute we walk from the door everyone is smiling , highly impressed by the organized process when dropping off in the morning and picking up.

Friendly staff who has taken time to get to know my dog. The day play and boarding experience is almost like leaving my dog with family.

I like that someone is always up front when we arrive. I like that everyone knows Zoey’s name. I like that it smells good as you walk in. I like that there are webcams for me to watch Zoey. I like pictures sent to me.

My dogs stood together in a suite and I was charged full price for both. It was over $100 a day, which is kinda outrageous.

We love Dogtopia and so does our pup, Charlie! The staff is amazing, the facility is clean, and Charlie gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot. He comes home happy and tired — we couldn’t ask for more!

I was at first a little leery about just putting my dog in with a bunch of unknown dogs, because he has never been in that kind of situation before, but probably more importantly never have I. The staff is great and he is having a wonderful time. He even has a new Girlfriend!!

My puppy Diesel seemed to have had a good time yesterday . The staff is welcoming and he loves attention . He was pretty tired after arriving home so I would say he did play . I mostly worry about his being confused regarding his outdoor potty training . I work hard to try and get him outside. But, he needed play yesterday . The pictures were very sweet .
My last guy , Mack spent a lot of time there. He loved going and seeing people . He loved Mary

We have been bringing our dog since he was little, he loves it here, when we arrive he pulls me in same as when he is leaving, he always has a blast and they treat him very well. Everyone at Dogtopia are such great people. Its enjoyable!!! Thank you Dogtopia will see you soon again.

I have notice that the vibe at Dogtopia has changed quite a bit since we first brought our dog there 3 years ago.

The staff that oversees the dogs in their perspective rooms (I believe they are coaches?) don’t seem to have the tentativeness and care that was once there. I used to see the coaches engage with the dogs more, give them love and attention all while making sure the room was clean and organized.

I would love to see the Dogtopia coaches get back to the level of kindness and commitment, we as pet parents only want the utmost care for our fur babies while they are there.
