Our dog is greeted by name when we arrive, and all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our dog has been to other daycare/boarding places, and did not like going there - crowded, not personable.. but she really likes Dogtopia!
I have been getting my dog groomed with Carrie for many years. She is absolutely wonderful! My dog Remi is a bit nervous but she makes her feels so welcome
Our dogs love it there. They are very well taken care of. The facility is very clean and everyone working there are very nice and interested in the dogs
We love how there are so many fun things for the dogs to do with special treat days and photo days
We love getting the art work that they make with the pups on special holidays

The availability for unscheduled daycare is a sanity-saver & the friendly & competent staff mean I can be confident our dog is being taken good care of. It's also great to drop him off 'full of beans' and have him completely wiped out at the end of a fun day of play.
I needed to get my dog groomed. I explained that I would be picking my dog up at 3:30. I told the person at the front desk and then because she was walking away I followed up with a phone call. Later I was told that they don't always check messages when they're busy. Therefore the dog did not get groomed. I think it would be good to have a way to verify when you tell them information

Ease of checking in to being able to view my pet online
Gave my anxious dog a chance and were able to successfully provide a god bath.
The video cameras are a nice way to check in on my new rescue and the transparency is appreciated. The team was gentle and patient with Murphy, and showed no frustration when after 2 days without issue, he decided he'd rather die than go into a kennel. They invited him back again and we will give it another go after a little crate training :) I'm really happy Dogtopia exists and is so close by. Thank you all!

Super friendly team, flexible drop off/pickup. If I’m being nit picky the only reason this isn’t a 10 is because the space is just a little small for our active/larger dogs, not TOO small, but just not a large space. The team here is super friendly and helpful so they are 11/10 for sure!

My dog loves it and the staff is so sweet
Monie was dropped off by my son at around 8 a.m. I picked Monie up after 12 p.m. Monie looked the same as she did. It just looked like nothing had been done. I bathe Monie often . Brush her teeth. I know the difference in her been clean. Only difference she smell good. I talked to several team members. They were nice! It’s a no return for me! I just feel like it was a lesson well learned! $65.00 dollars down the drain! The staff was very friendly and polite!
Availability, fun, comprehensive
We love that our baby has the attention she needs throughout the day from both Fur Friends and Coaches alike. Very fun and professional atmosphere for the pups. We were impressed right away.
Friendliness of staff. Willingness to take my dog before 7am. I would appreciate if they would take the dogs outside a little more often! When I take my dog for the day I have the cameras pulled up at work and have never seen the dogs outside. Might just be a coincidence, but just for constructive feedback sake!
Camera access was never provided even when we called for access. We were told we would receive an email proving access. But it was never received. This occurred on our dog's previous stay also. This tells me camera access really isn't provided.
Very helpful staff. Manager goes above and beyond to help with details.
