The. Heck-in procedure is redundant, filling out forms manually. But no big deal. Excellent staff! Tyson loves it!
I love how super friendly and transparent the entire staff is! They love my dog and make sure he is always safe and having fun! The facility is also super clean and they always have fun events planned! I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!
My pet is cared for
The people are very friendly and with this being our first time they explained everything to me about the services our pet would receive and that they offer.
My pup is excited about boarding every time we bring him. It feels good to know that he is being properly cared for and loved.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I know when I drop off my dogs they will be taken care of, stimulated and will socialize with other dogs and the staff. Also, the webcam is a nice feature; I can check on them throughout the day. The flexibility of a half day or a whole day of daycare is a nice option. Sometimes my dogs are bathed and have their nails clipped while there, which is a bonus.
The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. I love the different events they offer for our dogs

Very convenient to my home and my dog goes for daycare occasionally and your staff is lovely. We do use you for grooming as well. But that’s getting harder to schedule on her daycare days
The staff likes working with the dogs in their care.
The staff is wonderful..very accommodating and clearly attached to all the dogs that attend doggy daycare. They also text reminders of available treats and spa openings for the day my dog attends.
All the. Dog coaches are very friendly and they seem to treat our pets as one of their own. Hours could be longer on Saturdays.
Prices are appropriate.
I love how welcoming and personable the staff is. Felt like I was in a family member's home on my first visit. We love their setup and play area for the dogs. They also gave me a tour. Most importantly, the facility is light, bright and super clean.
Their play / feed / rest schedule is great too. We will be long term clients for sure.
Oh and the bonus of having the cameras in the room allow you to see your fur baby throughout the day.

I do wish there was a discounted plan based off of number of overall visits and not only ones that lock you into so many days a week.
Web cameras on throughtout the entire day and also for weekends so we can check in on our furry friends more often
Max and Olive love coming to Dogtopia to have fun with all the other pups that are there. They are very excited when they go through the front door . They are very comfortable and they love everyone there
The employes are very dedicated to the care of the dogs. It is easy to work with the staff to set up care for our dog.
Needs outdoor time. The area may not be suitable for larger dogs.

The staff are all very friendly and I can tell Jessie is treated well by them by her excitement when we arrive.
Would like more care givers in the rooms interacting with the dogs. The environment didn’t have enough human interaction or mental activities for my dog. I was told my dog would be transitioned in to the environment and they would watch her for signs of stress. The second day my dog was there, she was in a room with at least 10 dogs and she was panting the entire morning. When I picked her up at noon, my dog was extremely stressed. It took all afternoon to get her calmed down. The environment was too much for her.
We were visiting the Savannah area when the temps were higher than expected. We were concerned about our Labradoodle being exposed to high temps, and started researching for a happy place for him to spend some time. We were so fortunate to find Dogtopia. His meet & great went well, and he stayed that day, and the next. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. Finding Dogtopia was a game changer for our trip.
On Tuesday there were too many different size dogs in the lounge and it was very crowded. There were small dogs mixed with medium and large. Dogtopia advertises small, medium, and large dog rooms. The small dogs are penned in the lounge which limits space for the other dogs. There is an extra room that is not being used. Lexi is rather timid so I requested the lounge which was always quieter than the big dog room. There were two large dogs in the lounge on Tuesday chasing her all over.
I will look forward to the opening of the medium dog room to allow for a better experience. Other than that, the staff is wonderful! The facilities are very nice and clean.
My pooch loves it there. He was not a socialized pup when we rescued him but after being at Dogtopia, he now he plays with other dogs and loves being with them. The staff is wonderful. Their love of animals is very apparent at all times. I highly recommend this facility for any animal!
