Clean and friendly environment
Most important is our Dog Dolly loves it here. She recognizes it when we pull in the parking lot and hurries to the door to get inside. She loves other dogs and this place is heaven to her.
Secondly we feel our Dolly is safe at Dogtopia. We watch her on our phone and her tail is always wagging.
Dogtopia is clean and staffed well. The people are friendly and good to the dogs. The security they provide makes it easy for us to drop Dolly off and leave without worrying about her care.
I really love your place and will definitely recommend. I just notice something compared to other Dogtopia ( San Jose and Dublin ) that whenever I pick up my Mak from boarding they always ask if I need Mak have a bath or any grooming service ( for a fee ) or a wipe of any scent ( complimentary) .
It's really nice to have that because when I picked up Mak from a 2 night boarding recently his back side was full of dried fecal matter . I wiish i was told if he was having some kind of diarrhea.
Amber, Bree and team are amazing with my family dog, Oreo. They are loving and caring and Oreo loves hanging out with her doggie and people friends. Thank you for all you do to love our family dogs.
More streamlined process when picking up dog.
Marley's first visit was a complete success. She was well cared for and engaged with the other dogs for a good portion of her day. Was given space when she needed it. The coach assigned to the group was very good at keeping everything under control and entertaining all the dogs.

The first 2 or 3 times we took her to Dogtopia she was scared, didn’t want to go inside but now-she drags us to get inside. The employees were so good handling her being scared and in handling us, the nervous parents! ❤️
I used this location while driving through on a road trip. I have used several Dogtopias all over the country, but this was the location I had the most difficulty communicating with. I would get an initial prompt response to an email, then struggle to get a response once I had replied, requiring phone calls to get responses and confirmation. When I arrived, there was no record of her booking despite emails and phone calls. Then, they lost her bandana- I only noticed after we had left and were hundreds of miles away. Upon emailing about this, they quickly replied that they had it but when I asked if it could be mailed since I was no longer in the area I got no response for days, and am now facing the same issue as when I tried to book where I struggle to get a response. The staff seem very nice and friendly on site, but their communication over phone and email needs work and they should also work harder to prevent losing things, especially for dogs not from the area who cannot easily come pick things up.

The staff is so caring and supportive with all of the dogs. They provide amazing hours for working dog owners, wonderful and fun activities for the dogs, and an excellent routine schedule.

I really liked that there was always someone with the dogs and that they did activities with them, and didn't just "park" them in an enclosure.
I really liked when they organized special activities (walks, games, "training"). It stimulated the dogs and encouraged human-dog interactions.
My dog is always happy to go there, both for the staff and for the company of his canine friends.
My dog is anxious and has episodes of atypical epilepsy. Since attending Dogtopia of Dieppe, his anxiety level has reduced, his epileptic episodes have reduced, he is calmer, and he sleeps better.
I feel a big difference when I go walking with him and when we meet other dogs.
I felt confident enough to use the boarding service, knowing that he would be well cared for and that he would be given his medication twice a day. For me, it's a great sign of trust, and a relief that I can go away for a few days without worrying about his well-being.
Provide regular updates (eg. every other day) of dog during a longer stay.

Friendly atmosphere, from the time you walk in the dog. The attention to details showed me they care about my Fur baby….
They are very friendly toward my dog and myself. They are flexible and accommadating and helpful . Through the camera's view, I can see how clean the room is that my pet is in. Also , they are nice to my pet.
Convenient, dog loves going. Happy and tired dog when he comes home, when we have busy days. Honest communication about what they think is best for you dog to be successful.
