Cleo always feels welcomed at Dogtopia Springfield and when she walks in stops, and cuddles with each staff person before going to the gym to play. Staff watch her and report any issues to me and that gives me comfort especially for a senior dog. I know that Cleo Is safe and cared for as the staff are also dog parents. Cleo has been a member of Dogtopia Springfield for over 7 years and there is no other place she’d rather be!

My dog loves Dogtopia! Staff is friendly and caring when interacting with my dog.
Friendly, caring and liked that I could check on my dog via camera. Facility was clean and watched the employees interact with the dogs supervising them - the dogs were not left alone.
Love all of the friendly people who work there! Wonderful, inviting environment for pups and people alike! Always enjoy saying hello to everyone when there and they treat your pet like they are their own!

I absolutely love the Haywood Road location! The atmosphere and attention to detail from the staff is amazing! They always greet me and my pups with a warm smile and my girls are always so happy to be there and see whoever is at the front! The staff in the rooms with the dogs during the day you can just tell they love animals so much! Best doggie daycare/boarding place in GvL.
The dog cologne spray (if that’s what it is) smells way too much like vape, and persist too long. I can still smell it easily from several feet away after 48 hours!
Needs to be a more neutral scent and should dissipate overnight.

appointments are convenient. People are knowledgeable and helpful. My dog is comfortable and not afraid which shows she is treated kindly . She always looks great when ready to leave and payment is easy on computer. I have recommended Dogtopia every chance i get!!!

It seems everytime I go, I get rung up incorrectly and prices are not consistent. It’s be different if this was a one time thing, but it’s happened every single time I’ve taken my dog and I just feel that is an issue. The facility is great and convenient but I don’t like that the consistency isn’t there which prevents me from being a regular. I’ve had to have a code sent to me every time I leave to make a payment because things aren’t handled correctly while I’m there. That’s not good. And if I were a trash human being, I would not pay anything after leaving but I do anyway. It’s just frustrating.

Staff is incredible! It makes the place. We are so comfortable leaving our pup there. The staff truly cares and it’s great we can check-in anytime on the webcam. 10/10 stars.

Very friendly staff. They get to know the dogs, and share fun tidbits about the day when I pick him up. I like the enrichment activities they plan.
I have used the day care. My puppy is excited to come and tired when she leaves. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. We love Dogtopia, Downers Grove.
