I was able to trust that my 3 year old beagle Bowen was taken care of in a caring and loving manner, that I was able to monitor and ask questions if I had any concern as to how he was being handled.
Staff is excellent our dog loves to go there
The staff is so friendly. My dog can not contain himself when he arrives.
It's a safe environment to leave my dog. He has learned to crate himself during the lunch hour when he is home. He's happier and healthier for the exercise he gets.
Everything. Staff who care about the pups. I feel comfortable leaving my girl there and don’t worry if she’s ok because I know she’s being well cared for.
I was unable to get anyone on the phone for over 20 minutes while out of state watching my baby girl being harassed and humped repeatedly, almost every 90 seconds, by Magic. It was his meet and greet and he still passed and will be welcomed back. Humping can lead to aggression and reactivity, so I’m appalled. Not only at the lack of care and proactive responses, but at the lack of attentiveness of the in room coach. After waiting over 20 minutes, I received a call back and when I began saying “there’s a dog in there with Latte” she interrupted me and said “oh yea…we told the coach to keep an eye on him” but CLEARLY THAT WAS NOT HAPPENING. I dropped Latte off at 11:45 and was calling between 3:15 and 3:30 before I got a call back closer to 4. They had my puppy for HOURS letting her be humped and assaulted, which could have led to BOTH dogs getting hurt if Latte got aggressive and felt like she needed to protect herself, but she’s a patient girl and I’m so proud of her for not doing that. The coach was NOT keeping an eye on them. Latte was not being protected, and Magic SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED BACK TO DOGTOPIA based on the behavior he displayed. He’s a risk to all the other dogs and could his behavior could lead to a FIGHT. DO NOT LET HIM COME BACK. I also watched the coach, with her back turned, miss a puppy trying to escape the wee pen and get stuck between the gate and the wall for about a minute and a half, the dog was just stuck and dangling in the air for over a minute. I have screenshots. The female coach in that gym on Saturday May 24, 2025 is lazy, inattentive, and allows situations that could lead to fights and injuries. I’m so dissatisfied, turned off, angry, and lacking trust in her that I would not bring my baby back if she was on site. I never want to see that coach again.
Taking less about if large dogs at one time. At least separate them in two places.
I like it, but the hours are 2 reatrivted for my work schedule. It keeps me from bringing my dogs for daycare. If you allowed me to drop off even a half hour early and pick up later, it would bring them in regularly

Overall my experience has been positive. I feel my dog is well cared for & safe at Dogtopia. The location & hours work well for me. I like that the dogs enjoy a change of scenery with the outdoor play area & the long nap time. The boarding & grooming services are a plus. Watching the videos I see how hard the attendants work at keeping things clean- Thank you! I do wish I would see more interaction, playtime, between the attendant & the dogs. I’ve noticed they are very affectionate with some but not all. I understand I may not see everything that goes on. Hopefully that will change with my dog the more they get to know him. I hope Dogtopia continues to be the best option for my dog while I am at work. Thank you!

The rest of the staff is friendly, and great with the dogs. I love all of the fun and creative things they do with our pets. This location is easy to work with, friendly, professional and take pride in their work.
The smell is overbearing and my dog sneezes when we arrive.
I absolutely love Dogtopia, but more importantly, my dog Blaze loves it! He can not get in the door fast enough! Every single staff member, every single day I come in, greets us with pure joy and excitement! It’s very obvious they love their jobs and love our fur babies!!!

My dog was bitten at the meet and greet because the staff didn't communicate with me. Then she was sent home on her first day of daycare with a new cut on her eyelid and no one mentioned anything to me. I thought pet owners were supposed to bring beds for nap time and when I arrived I was told they take naps on the concrete floor. I was also charged $13 more than the posted price. I hate that I have to give two weeks notice because I don't want to bring my dog back but now, apparently I have to pay over $100 to not bring my dog in again.
