Friendly staff, the webcam to check on my dog, competitive price compared to competition.
The people I have met that work there seem very committed to caring for your pet. They give feedback on any issues that may have arisen during the pet visit and share details that make you feel like they really are tuned into your pet’s needs.
I love the webcams so I can always check in on my pet. I love that there is always someone in the room with the pups.
From the time we walked in, we knew we were in the right place. The employees are obviously dog lovers. We have a 5 month old Pomeranian. They immediately scooped him up and showed him a lot of love. While he was there, we were able to see him whenever we looked at the Webcam. The whole ti.e he was playing and definitely was having a good time. When we picked him up, there was a couple who came to check the place out to see if they could bring their dog. We told them they were inthe right place. I would recommend them highly. We will definitely bring our dog back.
Staff is friendly, environment is welcoming, and our dog Maverick loves to visit! In addition, grooming services are excellent.

Awesome service
I like the ordinary routine that they keep to in the rooms. It doesn’t deviate and I appreciate that. I like that they have rest time. The staff are wonderful, friendly knowledgeable because I’m handicapped several of them go out of their way to help me and I’m very appreciative of that. They bring Oliver out to me after he’s finished playing and they come to the car when I drive up and take him in. He loves the attention.
The rooms are exceptionally clean as is the front area when we check in. That makes me feel like the dogs are protected as well. Gerri ONeill
All of the staff is always very friendly and is good with my dog.
The only thing we didn’t discuss, that I thought of after I left, was if the dogs get water while being in daycare.
I would love if there were resources for training, options for downtime for the dogs, or more enrichment opportunities to help the dogs have an enjoyable and predictable day.
Staff are very friendly and demonstrate genuine interest and concern for my dog.
I like it that they are open from 6 am until 7 pm during weekdays.
High selling point is their webcam which allows me to check on my dog anytime during his stay in daycare.

Seems like a great company that really cares about their customers. However, it’s very pricey. Unrealistic for anyone with two dogs. They also were not able to provide me with any pricing information other than the 10 day pass. Was really hoping to start bringing my dogs in for daycare a few days a week but likely not going to happen if they can’t tell me how much it’s going to cost…

The groomer was AMAZING!!! The Manager clearly has a lot of experience with dogs & I saw her treat the pups like they were her own. The front is clean. Again, the groomer was AMAZING.

Very disappointed with boarding. When I picked up my dog 24hrs later; she was brought to me with pooped on one leg. When I questioned it I was told that she had an accident in her crate. This meant that she had poop on her all day. Also, I wrote out instructions for food(1/2 pack each feeding); food was returned with more than half of package. I am assuming she did not received equal portions of her food.
At $69/day I expected far more service and attention to detail.
