The the staff the open communication and the overall environment of the facility, allowing dogs to wander and play with other dogs that are on their energy level and also give them time to decompress with nap time, which is super cute
I am thrilled with the feeling that when I drop Scott off, I feel like I am leaving him with family. He is greeted warmly and he enters like he is in charge. This is "his" place and he is so happy to go. I am so happy to have somewhere that he can go and play and I don't worry about him at all.
Clean and caring facility, great staff, profess and knowledgeable and friendly staff, my dog is so happy to go here and happy when she comes home.
My dog is SO EXCITED every time we bring him here. I love being able to see him on the cameras playing and getting love from the staff.
The last two times I brought my dog for boarding he was not given a bath, he came home filthy. When I called ahead of time this most recent boarding to make sure that he was given a bath before I picked him up. They told me that I would’ve had to let them know that I wanted them to bathe him before I dropped him off, which seems ridiculous.
He stayed mixed in with larger dogs during the entire stay, I thought they separated the groups based on size and temperament, but it looks like they just separate the groups based on shift coverage. So my dog stayed hidden for most of the time.
The cameras are sometimes off before it’s time to turn them off, or late to turn them on. It’s usually only minutes however, upsetting when traveling when you only have moments to glance to see how the dog is doing.
My dog got sick there. Since we looked for him there he has diarrhea, vomiting and stomach pains. He arrived as if he were dehydrated and half of the food we packed for him for the days he was there was almost complete, that is, my dog was starving and thirsty. Now I'll have to pay the veterinarian for letting you "take care of" my dog

The wonderful workers that care for my Finnie! I love that we can see him on the live feed. I know he’s safe when he’s there!
I never get an invoice from them after I pick up my dog. And when I call to make a reservation for boarding there’s no email that comes to me as confirmation that my dog will be there on those specific days.
I requested email confirmation for both invoices and boarding days. Nothing ever comes through.
Otherwise my dog is happy and the people are very nice.
Reliable and professional staff. I know my dog is safe and will have a good time. Webcams are great to check in on her. In an emergency, I feel confident that the Dogtopia staff will do the right thing.

The top reason that I choose Dogtopia, is the webcam.. so disappointed; doesn’t work properly and today it keeps playing same scenes like watching an old memories:(
My dog Bevo absolutely loves Dogtopia! I literally have to wait until we’re leaving the house to let him know we’re going—if I tell him too early, he gets so excited that he starts whining and panting nonstop. The staff is amazing—friendly, professional, and they genuinely care about the dogs. The facility is always clean, and I feel completely at ease knowing Bevo is in great hands. I’ve also had him bathed and his nails trimmed there, and they always do a fantastic job. Couldn’t recommend Dogtopia more!
The friendly staff who always greet my dog by name, and the flexibility of being able to call and book a same day appointment.
Your team spends time with the dogs laying and caring for them. I also like the cameras that allow me to check in on the dogs.
I’d appreciate a wipe of my dog prior to pickup to reduce urine smell.
I love how welcoming everyone is when my sweet boy comes in. He loves going to camp and playing. He has to say hi to everyone and give kisses. That is such a reflection on how wonderful the staff is to Hammy.
