Friendly staff, clean environment, our dog enjoys going.
Everyone is so helpful, and my dog Bow loves going there, he practically pulls me in the door when we arrive. Bow is so excited when he sees the staff.

Staff obviously likes dogs very. much. The dogs have constant supervision. They always have room to take care of your pet.

Wonderful caring staff! App availability and functionality. Love the quick ability to notify via hot link for departures and arrivals. Just pull up and wait. No parking! That's the least to mention about the 'wonderfullness' of Dogtapia. More importantly, I cannot contian my pet, Polo, from the level of happiness he displays miles out. He knows exactly where da mama is taking him. I know for a fact that he's getting plenty of exercise when I pick him up after a day at day care. It takes him about 5 minutes to fall asleep and start snoring, ha. It means the world to me that my pet is well cared for and loved!
Our boy Jimi loves playing with his friends and staff! He's exhausted at the end of his daycare days and can't wait to return!
Great hours, friendly staff
When we enter the facility, everyone is always very friendly to Theo and to myself. Not just friendly, but also enthusiastic. That makes a huge difference.
I was told I could get pictures and videos through the day. Some were sent but they never went through to text so maybe providing other ways to receive like email or a feature on the app. I value keeping up with what my dog is experiencing during the day:)

The staff truly adores my dog. And they are always letting me know if something is amiss with her health. They are very aware of her needs and have been so accommodating from the very first day.

I like the flexibility of booking on the app ahead of time or being able to call day of to see about daycare. I appreciate how friendly everyone is and how they already know my dog after such a short time!

I love the convenience of the location in comparison to where I live. My dog Penny always has such a great time when she's at Dogtopia, and when she comes home she's happy and exhausted.
Daycare philosophy based on separating dogs by activity level and social ability, rather than just by size; dog handlers trained in de-escalating and watching for potentially violent behavior; clean, brightly colored and modern facility; wonderful, outgoing and friendly staff who know your dog's name by the second visit; lots of opportunities to add-on treats and activities; great location next door to coffee shop (Chinden); excellent communication via text with owners; overall positive vibe and sense of community.
Apparently my dog is a brat and ended up in a crate for the majority of his stay. While I appreciate the option of having dogs in time out to give them, and the other dogs a break, I don't think it's worth it to us to send him to daycare and have him in a crate the whole time.
