Unfortunately Lennon came home with a large scab on her belly and another on her elbow. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time/attended to versus me finding out evening after pickup

Everything and the Managers & staff are great!! ..Staff really care about all the pups it is so reassuring knowing that my pup is well cared for and safe it has been a truly positive experience providing valuable socialization, exercise and care the best decision I could have made my pup 🐶 can’t wait to get there she is very happy thank you Dogtopia!!🐶💕

I felt welcomed when I visited the facility for the first time. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. My dog has a good time there and I trust them with her care! I like the report card I get when I pick her up.

This is the second time that Teddy has been boarded and not properly been fed. This recent visit we brought six 1 cup portions of food in ziploc bags. When we picked Teddy up yesterday, we were given four of those bags back. I was going to call the owner, then this survey came. I do need the owners to call me immediately because this is unacceptable. Teddy should have been fed twice per day.

I was looking for a safe/clean place to board my dog Ivy for 4 nights. It was the first time I had to leave her with someone other than family. One of the other pet resort’s recommended Dogtopia because they were full. I spoke with Iona who guided me through their process. Verifying vaccination records, passing the meet and greet. They offered 3 free daycare days which I accepted. I wanted to be sure my dog would be okay there. I was able to check in on her via camera. The attendants were watchful and kept the area clean.

When I dropped my dog off for her stay she wasn’t overjoyed about me leaving her, but she was familiar with the environment by then and went willingly.

Her first day, I received a call to let me know that she had a bit of an upset stomach and asked if was okay to add a little pumpkin or rice to her evening meal. She reassured me that this was not uncommon for first time boarders, and they would take good care of her. I called the next day to check on her. I think it was Taylor who told me she was doing better. I could see on camera, and it appeared she was doing well.

After that, I felt more confident that my dog was at a good/safe place, which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my vacation. I will definitely take Ivy there again if needed. Thanks Dogtopia! -Irene & Bob

My dog was returned to me having lost weight and looking malnourished, with a cut on his leg, and smelling bad despite my having asked for him to get a bath before coming home.

I love that the staff knows (and loves) my dog, and my dog is always so happy to arrive there in the morning.

You guys are great! I do just wish there was some way dogs could have some outside time while they were at day care.

Winter was supposed to be bathed while there. Admittedly, she was filthy when I dropped her off but she was still that dirty when I picked her up. As this was a last minute reservation I asked for her to be groomed "if she could be worked into the schedule". I thought you were unable to work her in as she was still dirty and nails not cut when I picked her up. Once I saw the receipt sent to my email I realized I had been charged for the spa visit.

The staff is the best and my dog loves going there.

The cameras to check in, separate rooms which are staffed, and the special activities days. I do miss the report cards that would occasionally go home with the dog

Your staff is friendly and very cordial. Your hours of operation are very good and the care that our puppy Onyx receives is first rate.

We love that whenever we want to check in on our dog we can view her on the webcams. She is always wagging her tail. I love watching the staff interact with the dogs

Today was day 2 for our dog. He made so many new friends yesterday. He figured out to take time and have a nap so he can play all day. Thanks for taking great care of our dog and giving us peace ofind why we are at work.
