Less kennel time. It’s not just naps. An outdoor area would make a huge difference.

We love Dogtopia, its employees, and how much the coaches understand and care for Stevie. We will sadly be moving from the area soon, but if we were not, we would continue using Dogtopia forever! I am providing the feedback only because I love Dogtopia and want to see it be successful as long as possible.
One thing I will recommend is streamlining the grooming process. Jasmine is an excellent groomer and we have been using her services for almost two years now. She knows our dog like the back of her hand and she has always given perfect cuts. However, because she is not the one who is taking information down about the groom at the front desk when dropping our dog off to get groomed, there is a lot lost in communication. The first time we asked for our dog to get a bath at the end of her boarding, we checked in to confirm the bath, and we were told she was scheduled for a nail trimming appointment. Even after correcting that, the bath was forgotten and when we picked her up, she was still wet from rushing to bathe her. I am sure this has nothing to do with Jasmine, and something to do with how the grooming/baths are scheduled. The second time we had Stevie groomed, we asked for a full shave at the end of her boarding. When we picked her up, she was completely fluffy all around her legs and body. We had to bring her back to get shaved because it is summertime and we did not want her to get over heated. I was told by the front desk employee that she would be able to get a corrected groom two days later, but when I dropped her off, I was told Jasmine wasn’t even in that day. Finally, we were able to get her shaved on the third attempt. It was exactly what we wanted and the cut that Jasmine has been giving Stevie for two years.
Again, we love Dogtopia and will use Dogtopia as much as we can until we move. I just want to put these grooming scheduling and system issues on your radar so that Dogtopia can be as successful as possible. We will miss y'all so much when we move!! Thank you for everything you do for our dog.

Everyone is so nice and helpful and my dog loves it there.
The hours are convenient. The staff is always very friendly and always available to answer any questions and my dog has an awesome time there as he is always exhausted at the end of the day. He always looks forward to going there as well.
More enrichment, anttention, and play time with the smaller dogs.

The staff are all so kind and always give me updates about how my puppy is doing-- he's still young and learning so it's great to hear he is making friends! We've only been attending for a short time but he's already excited when we walk in and he knows he gets to play with people and dogs he likes :) thanks for taking good care of my little guy!!

I love how much they care about the dogs. My pup has come a LONG way. He had been so anxious. Last visit, I saw on video he jumped up on one of the staff to pet him!!!

I’m not a fan of the dogs and puppies using the restroom on the mats of the room they are in. I rather there be a designated area for it. I would like to also see more enrichment activities being completed with the dogs and puppies.
Dogtopia is great and all the people there clearly have love for dogs. Where hesitate recommending dogtopia is price. For the price I feel like there is more that we could get. There have been 2 times that my dog has left with a scratch and staff did not tell me about it. I understand dogs will be dogs, but the fact that no one notices or there is no record of something happening is disappointing. If someone were to come watch my dog I would expect to hear if anything happened while I was away. Even with the price of the stay, you have to pay more for a small treat, would be nice if that was included sometimes.
Overall the experience is very good, I just think with how much everything costs,there is room for improvement in quality of communication and experience.
People were very helpful and show tons of affection towards Lok. The camera service to see you dog while it's on the daycare is fantastic, give you peace of mind.
Oliver loves Dogtopia. I can see what he does on the webcam. Oh, my, he's a busy one. He comes home tired but happy. He gets the chance to play with other adorable dogs, and I am sure he had a pleasant visit.
Every time he goes to Dogtopia, I am assured that he is well taken care of.
Everyone that was employed there gave me the feeling that they not only were animal lovers, but genuinely cared for my dog.

Everyone at dogtopia cares deeply about the dogs and families they serve! I personally feel that my pup is very particular and requires extra support. I have NEVER felt like he is a burden when he goes to day care or when he boards with Dogtopia - they always make me feel like he’s just another pup (which I deeply appreciate!). I heard about dogtopia from my mother in Maryland who sends her dog to a Dogtopia out there, and I’m so glad that we ended up moving to a city with a Dogtopia location that’s nearby. I know they’ll take good care of my pup, and I know they’ll communicate if there’s ever anything I need to know.
Very friendly staff, they seem to love my girl and it comforts me to feel like she’s being loved there as much as she is at home.
My dog gets excited when we drive into the parking lot next to her doggie daycare and I love that.
I also enjoy checking in on her on the cameras.

Friendly and caring staff
Room cleaning has really fallen off of late. Not all coaches but many. I left my video up this weekend after dropping in and seeing numerous pee puddles around the room and an idle coach. I figured I would sign off when he decided to clean up. In the >20mins that passed he made a couple of bored circles of the room but made no attempt to clean. He was replaced by a grey shirt coach, presumably for a break. I hoped the room would get cleaned at this point. Nope. She stood in one spot for an extended period of time. But what upset me to the point of calling was her rough and uncalled for handing of another person's dog. She grabbed the dog by the scruff/neck area 3 separate times and shook her finger in the dogs face while presumably reprimanding it verbally. There was no other intervention as I understand to be company policy. No walking the room to divert attention, no walking the dog around, no crating, nothing. So in addition to doing nothing about the urine all over the room, the puddle that happened right in front of her while standing idle, not training the junior coach on such hygiene, she handled a dog in what was NOT a heated situation in an inappropriate manner. I requested a call back from a manager about this. I did not get a call. If this is what your senior coaches think is acceptable behavior, I would like to know when you made such change.

Literally everything…our experience has been so great and I feel that Bodie is loved and well cared for during his time there!
