Very clean facility. Very nice and accommodating staff. Our dog was happy when we picked her up.
I like the fact that you have cameras so that I can check on my pups. I like that I can drop them off without an appointment. I appreciate phone calls when there is an incident with one of my dogs. It’s great that you have a calendar of special events such as special treats, pool parties in the summer, nail trim and grooming services and other fun activities for all the dogs.
Make sure my dog is CLEAN when I pick him up. Too many times, he is filthy when I pick him up and it gets my car and my house filthy. I understand they get dirty sometimes during the day but when this happens, it should be routine that they receive a quick rinse off before pick up time.
Also, cars should NOT be allowed to park on the sidewalk by the door right outside when dropping off and picking up. Stop accommodating to lazy people. It just blocks access and egress for everyone else trying to drop off and pick up their dogs.
You all are incredible. Not only do you care enough about our furbabies to disinfect the areas to fight off any form of kennel cough (Benny got in a different location), but also you engage with them to fully have them using their smart brains and exhaust them at the end of the day! The parents of Kayden & Benny couldn't be happier.
The hours work for me. The coaches are friendly. Clean environment.
There was no video for most of the time. I only checked during business hours, but it was a holiday weekend. So, I think video should be available more than it was for me. When video is not available, I do not like seeing the repeating ad video loop, which at first seemed like the real video might be loading in the background. That was annoying.
All of the staff is very friendly and genuinely seems to care about the dogs who go to daycare and other services that are provided. I think the value of the services provided is fantastic as well Most importantly, our dog gets so excited to go there when I even mention the word "Dogtopia", that I think that speaks for itself!
The lack of staff to allow dogs to be able to play all day is not good. They spend way too much time in the cages. We pay for them to play with dogs all day.
Great extra fun activities for the dogs and great personnel.

My dog, Otto, always comes home happily exhausted. The employees @ Dogtopia love the dogs and know them by name. I drop Otto off and don’t worry about him. I have full confidence that my baby doggie is safe, secure, and healthy. Great employees!
Facility & Staff
Every person on your staff treats our dog, Chewy, as if he is their own. Their faces light up as soon as we walk in. It's a really special place that we love.

First, I always feel like my dogs are safe and happy. Second, ready availability for last minute boarding is a great thing. Third, the communication is excellent. Every staff member I talk to can answer questions. An effort has clearly been made to train employees and keep them informed
The staff has wonderful customer service, they know what they're doing, my furbaby loves them, and the prices are within reason.

When a day care day is missed, clients should be able to make that up in a subsequent week.

The moment my dog started going, she was treated like family. They are very loving towards her and it makes me feel good knowing that she is cared for and safe.
Friendly staff. Easy processes. But prices are high compared to other options.
The webcams never worked, and when I had asked multiple times they said it happens from time to time. But when picking up my Otter my boyfriend said the other people didn’t have an issue. Upsetting to oay for a service that doesn’t provide the one thing that you pay for in accommodations.
