I have recommended Dogtopia to my neighbor and they have brought their dog, Cooper.
I like the fact that during my dog's stay, I can check on how she is doing via the monitors. I like the fact that your staff knows the dogs who come, i.e. their temperaments, likes. When I first brought my dog in, the staff was patient with her, got to know her. They always greet the dogs when they come in. The staff is always pleasant and answer any questions or concerns I may have.
I enjoy the different functions they have (wellness days, pictures, birthday/gotcha days)
Professional and caring staff who take good care of the dogs. The option of grooming on site is convenient. The facilities are very clean.
Aside from the APP not working the staff is warm and welcoming. I feel they treat my pet as their own.
I love the webcams! It is so nice to be able to see my fur baby when I am away.
The fact that you have trained staff there all the time in the room with the pups allows them time to play or lay down and chill out.
When my pup was there the first time for a full week, i was not sure he enjoyed it. But the second time i turned into the Dogtopia driveway, Theo jumped so fast and hard from the back seat he even stepped on and released his seatbelt holder. He landed with both feet on my console, giving me his excited whimper. He was so excited to be there!! He never even looked back when he went into the romper room! He loves it!!
I like the atmosphere and ability to see via webcam.
What can I say...EVERYTHING! My dog loves going to Dogtopia. I think she loves Dogtopia more than being at home. They love and care for her making everyday special. Continual well planned events, constant new fun things where they involve the pups to keep them stimulated. Not to mention the treats!!!
Ruby is happy to come in, everyone is welcoming, Ruby comes home tired but happy. I'm glad this business is here for both of us ;)
Friendly and thorough.
Convenience. The dogs seem happy when I pick them up. Please do something about the smell. I was overwhelmed when I picked up the dogs on Monday morning. Is there a way to alleviate the smell. Is there a daily procedure to deep clean the facility. Could a place be found for the dogs to relieve themselves outside?
Everyone and everything
Grooming. Becky always does an excellent job. My dog loves grooming with her and she always comes out looking amazing. Becky does a very good job of keeping a pleasant environment for any dog that gets groomed.
Tyler is a grooming wizard, without fail he continues to delight us with both dogs’ grooming.
I expected to see the employees interacting with the dogs but they seem to just be there to clean and put them in kennels. It just seems like a lot of dogs in a small area indoors with nothing to do. They might as well be at home in their kennel if no one is there to play or even pet them.
We love how friendly and knowledgeable everyone is here! We also truly appreciate how invested all the coaches are - from making sure our babies are safe and comfortable to having a great time while they're there. We never have to worry when our pups are there!
Pick up is an absolute nightmare. Cars are stuck blocking traffic while waiting, creating a hazard.
Employees are very nice but no sense of urgency or awareness to the chaos.

Great staff at the Temecula location! Everyone at Dogtopia genuinely loves dogs and it shows in everything they do. My dog gets so excited when we turn in their driveway and he knows where he's going.
Staff seem to care about our Chief. They are friendly and always are helpful. They report anything the notice with him and take good care of him. He gets excited to go there!

The staff make all the difference. They look after our little one as their own. I love the activities that are planned. Coach Stacy is the best at managing the toybox group and our Lola adores her.

The warmest and welcoming staff. They really get to know you and your pup. Loki is over the moon excited to say hi to each and every one of them when we get there. And then, he cannot contain himself to get into the room to play with his friends and meet new ones too. He comes home exhausted and I get a guilt free break. We both love Dogtopia Liberty Village.
Friendly and the dogs all seem to be happy every time they go there. All personnel all seem to really care about the dogs. ❤️

I love that you love my dog and take care of him - we've never left him anywhere before, but we know how much he loves his occasional Saturdays he gets to spend there, so we figured he'd be comfortable and in a familiar area so why not and we're so glad we did. He had so much fun and we know he was taken care of and loved while we were gone.
I love that it’s close for me and I love that there’s people there all day to drop off and pick up anytime. I hated that my other daycare, there were specific hours to drop off and pick up which didn’t work for me.
