Convenient
The curbside drop off is convenient and relieves stress for pet and parent!

I love your staff! Britney, andrea, and Caroline, and Chris! Those are the people I deal with in the morning and my husband has a different group in the evening when he picks up our dog. He said they’re all wonderful as well! Their knowledgeable about the dogs they treat them with kindness and love.
Dogtopia has kind and caring staff, they take great care of my dog, and they have such fun activities!

When I called on Tuesday (my scheduled day of pick up) to let you know that my flight was delayed and wanted to see what options there were (how late I could pick up Riptide or if I’d need to pick him up Wednesday), I got an answering machine - which is fine. But then I got zero response back - no phone, no text, which is very concerning. Shouldn’t your team have reached out to me to see where I was for my scheduled pick up day/time? And you didn’t even call my emergency contact. I even called when I landed with still no response. Very dissatisfied with not being contacted (either to see where I was and/or to confirm that an extra night of boarding would be okay)
I found out about dogtopia through an email stating I will get a free trial week. Once I called I was told that it's not a free week it's a meet and greet. I was fine with that and scheduled an appointment for 2:00 the next day. We arrived with our 2 dogs, toured the property while our dogs were placed in population. Once the short tour was over we were asked to leave the dogs to see how they adapt so we agreed to leave them for 15 to20 mins. Once we arrived topic up the dogs we were charged 19.99 per dog for the meet and greet in which we were NEVER told about and nobody took accountability for not explaining. So we decided to take our dogs elsewhere.
The hours work perfectly for me and the staff has been so amazing getting my puppy ,Jaxx, adjusted to the new environment.
Location and just about EVERYTHING. Staff is great
It could be helpful if the call center explains the process of dropping the pup offfor a meet and greet as it was unclear that I would be dropping my pup off for the day. I did receive a text on how my pup was doing but would be good if someone could walk through the process of signing up whether punch cards or enrollment and not just handing a packet of information because that is not allowing enough opportunity to ask questions. Additionally, it would be great if new parents could get a comprehensive view of the rooms so it is clear where water is and how food is given etc.
