My dog stayed in a kennel the entire time with no exercise. I saw her on camera the entire time. This is the third strike we will not be returning.

Dogtopia is a very good place to bring out when we need them to be out of the house for extended periods of time. I will say that there seems to be 2 crews there and the service is significantly different depending on which crew is working. One clearly loves the dogs and enjoys their time there and the other (both blondes) make me feel as though we are a necessary inconvenience.

I like that you do a behavior evaluation with each dog before they are able to attend and that you also have them running around all day to socialize and wear them out, as opposed to being in runs and hand walked. My dog is a bit anxious & herdy but you work around his quirks. I also think it’s great that you separate the smaller dogs out into their own room as some dogs, like mine, bully little dogs. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and loves my dog. I also appreciate the WebCams so I can check in on my dog during the day.
My initial attempt to book a half-day daycare appointment through the website was unsuccessful; I received no response or confirmation. Upon calling the center, I was informed that their online system was indeed not functioning. I then made the reservation over the phone and brought my dog in.
After her half-day stay, I was charged for a full day. This was rectified after I brought it to their attention. During her visit, I tried to observe her via the cameras. However, only one camera showed the room, and my dog spent the entire time in a corner. It would be beneficial to have additional cameras to monitor the space more thoroughly. Furthermore, I believe staff should actively encourage shy or quiet dogs to interact rather than letting them remain isolated for extended periods.
Overall, the facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Despite the minor booking and monitoring issues, I plan to bring my dog back for future visits.

The staff was extremely professional and pleasant. Our dog was well taken care of and my family had peace of mind while our dog was boarded.
I love the fact that when we walk in the staff knows my dogs name. She runs right over to them. In our house, all we have to say is “Dogtopia” and she gets so excited that it’s hard to fasten her collar and leash. She loves the place.
People are friendly. You can tell they really love pups! And they remember details about both my dogs.
Sully has been attending Dogtopia for almost a year now. He has boarded twice and apparently never missed us once! He usually goes to daycare on Tuesday and let me say, this pup knows what day of the week it is! He stands at the door looking at his leash until it's time to go! Love being able to check in on him during the day and he is ALWAYS playing and the coaches are great with all the dogs!
Friendly staff. Ernie loves Dogtopia and is always excited to go there. Always comes home exhausted.
Great staff and services
The facility is kept very clean and I love being able to check on Lily using the camera system. The people are the best though - always upbeat, friendly and easy to work with. Lily gets super excited on her Dogtopia days, she loves her time there!

I appreciate how Dogtopia splits the dogs not only by size but also by energy-levels. I appreciate how patient the coaches have been with my dog, as she is new and still very timid. My dog seems a lot happier during pickups at Dogtopia than she did at her previous daycare.
