A new manager that tells the truth
The staff is very friendly and I like that they remember my dog's name whenever we come in.
The people at the front desk are very friendly and knowlegable. The staff inside of the gym
appears to monitor the dogs well and I like the fact that I can check in on my dog via the webcam.
Taking our dogs to Dogtopia had been a great experience both for daycare and for boarding. The dogs are always super excited to go and associate their slip leads with a Dogtopia day getting very excited and then they always come home tired. Having the ability to check in on the dogs via the web cams it fun and also gives us the piece of mind being able to see them having a great time. The dogs are always welcomed in and the team has gotten to know them so it feels like family! We use to have a dog sitter come to the house and stay with the dogs when we left town but this allows them so much more activity and is even more worry free!

The team is very friendly, helpful and definitely like the dogs. You can tell. I like the hours of operation. The facility is very clean and well organized. There is ample room for the dogs to run around or relax.
We have been training Gunner since we got him in January of this year. You all have been so kind and patient with him and with just two times being there he is a different dog in so many ways, Thank you for all your help with him and being so good to him, He loves coming and spending the day,
I wish the staff to dog ratio was a little higher but I always feel like my dog is well taken care of and safe. I’m sorry the outside walks were discontinued. I feel badly that my dog can’t be outside at all when he’s boarding in Fairfield.

This was our first visit to any doggie drop off day care. The staff at the downtown Cleveland location has set the expectations high for all future visits to facilities. They took our dog in, after he passed his test, as if he was a regular attendee. We highly recommend!
The caring and friendly staff have worked wonders over time with our badly damaged rescue. She has now gone from being terrified to begging to go and is thoroughly socialized with the other dogs.
The facilities are always clean. I check in on her periodically via the Web cam. I’m impressed at the constant cleanup.

My boyfriend and I had issues booking on the app and then after dropping our dog off, we had issues using the webcam. It kept stating that we couldn't use the webcam until we had a meet and greet every though we have dropped her at Dogtopia several times before. We called and the staff did their best to resolve the issue but all of the issues sound technical. The staff is great as well as the experience our fur baby has while she's there, but we are dependent on the webcams to check in on her so it was unfortunate we didn't have the option to do so. It seems the app has been an issue for a long time and is never consistent with working. I highly recommend the company invest time and money into making sure the app works efficiently so customers can feel more comfortable being able to book and check in. We are individuals of convenience so the easier for us to book and check in on her, the better.
Boarding is incredibly expensive compared to most places. That is our only hesitation on returning is the price. $130 is A LOT one overnight stay

The last 3 consecutive times we've boarded our dogs the staff was disorganized, no one seemed to know answers to simple questions like boarding costs, and we had been charged incorrectly. I'm sure the staff is good with the dogs but it's been a hassle getting straight answers from them. It just didn't come off as a professional environment. Also, I'm not a fan that dog beds or blankets aren't allowed for the dogs to sleep on in the kennel overnight. I'd like my dogs to be as comfortable as possible while they're away from home. Given this, we will be boarding with a different facility moving forward.
The professionalism and responsiveness of the staff everyone is very friendly
Staff is phenomenal. Facility is spotless. Love that Charlie is cared for and can play while we are gone all day. My kids LOVE checking in on him using the cameras.
