Very clean
The Dogtopia on 8th is wonderful! Gracee is so excited when I drop her off. I can tell the gang there enjoys working with the dogs and I feel comfortable leaving my fur baby with them.
Pick up timeliness is getting bad. Waited 20+ minutes tonight with no explanation. The front desk attendant just disappeared. Finally, another off-the-clock associate came to help but actually brought the wrong dog. Disappointing service trend here.

The cameras don’t work and they do not cover all area like the crates. I wish we had more visibility

Hershey seems to like going there. The staff are friendly and remember me and Hershey by name. The facility seems to be clean every time I go there.
I love that they send us texts with pictures of our dogs. The staff is great about communicating. I also like the live cam. The dogs always are happy to go.

I would love to buy small packages of daycare days at a lower rate than the per day rate.
puppy smelled very bad when picked up, had poop marks on his behind. never experienced this at other locations. We had to drive straight to a groomer to clean up bigs.
My older dog perks up every time we pull into the parking lot. You have easy access videos and always see very friendly when dropping off and picking up.
The staff is awesome and really take excellent care of Abby and all the fur babies.
