The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Even though my puppy Georgie has taken awhile to get used to the daycare they have been so patient and kind. She is starting to make friends and it’s so great to see her become social with other dogs like her!

Our dogs' stay at the Dogtopia in Miramar last year was fine. The front office staff was very friendly and reassuring. We were in San Diego on vacation and treated the dogs to playdates at that Dogtopia while we enjoyed the city. They seemed to enjoy their time there and seemed to have been taken good care of. We will utilize Dogtopia of Miramar again in the future every time we are in that area.

Advised that I would be out of town for 2 to 3 weeks and not using the service. Automatic payment was supposed to have been held until I returned to town and has not been. I called and spoke to an associate yesterday and I was supposed to get a call back today. Midday today and no call back

I like how the dogs can roam and play. Especially when boarding, the dogs are not just sitting in a cage all day.
Dogtopia Lakeway is everything we could hope for in a dog care facility. The staff is great and the owners go out of their way to make sure our experience is everything we expected. Couldn't say better things about Craig, Stephanie, and the entire staff.

NEVER EVER. Take the collar of the dogs 🐶. We were part of the delivery mistake of the dogs over the weekend (05/31-06/01).. when we went to pick up our son’s dog along w ours, we were given the wrong one w her dog collar. Just imagine ALL that it could have happened if one the dog reacted to the unknown environment??? In addition, our dog Sargent came home with diarrhea which he has never had before. Extremely expensive for the quality of service received. NEVER To be use again. Bad recommendation ONLY BE PROVIDED
