Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, very respectful...They are awesome!
Dogtopia has a great group of staff that provide a friendly, safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for all the dogs in their care. The ease in booking daycare days is great! An all around fantastic doggy daycare!
Sophie loves it there and i feel safe leaving her there
The outdoor appearance and play areas are starting to get run down and neglected. I know this doesn’t directly impact the dogs and their care, but it is not inviting to potential new customers.
I like the daycare. My dog gets so excited when she sees where we are going
Good caring people
Kindest employees, my dog loves them! Efficiency at responding to last minute daycare requests. Easy dropoff and pickup.
My dog, Arthur, always seems eager to go in when we get there which speaks volumes. The staff is very freindly, and I know he is taken care of responsibly.
We love Dogtopia of Canton and so does our dog, Mishka!!! He has been going there for at least 4 years and loves every minute! Keep up your amazing care and love of dogs and, in particular, Mishka!

Great job grooming my 11 year old collie
People working at Dogtopia were very professional and took time to make the dogs feel welcome. Place is well maintained.
The last two times I’ve boarded my dog here the staff hasn’t returned all the items I brought for my dog. Last time it was her medicine, this time it was her slow feeder dog bowl. Also, the staff seem overworked. They used to be so cheerful and there enough people at the front desk to accommodate people coming in and the phones, but now it seems like there are fewer staff and they’re busier.
I especially like the cameras so I can see my dog during the dsy
The staff was very welcoming and my pup came home happy after her 1st visit!
Caring and friendly staff. Activities for dogs and thoughtful crafts for pet parents (Valentine's day, Mother's days, etc)
Always friendly staff when dropping off or picking up! Clean facilities and the webcam is awesome!
The staff at Dogtopia is the best. You can tell they care about your puppy and I feel safe with her in their hands when I can’t be around!
I appreciate the hours are compatible with my schedule and the communication among the staff

THE STAFF AT DOGTOPIA Are awesome and SO FREINDLY AND PATTI THE MANAGER IS AWESOME she is always there with a smile and my dog Chloe just loves her, Cheyanna is also very sweet and great with Chloe and the dogs - Yasiris is very freindly and great with Chloe - I wish I could name everyone but I deal with them the most - oh - and Meagan the groomer is the best - she knows just how Chloe should be groomed This place treats my Chloe like a family member not a dog. the way they do activities with the dogs is awesome, movie, splash day, treat day. If I could be a dog I would love it here.

Maggie enjoys are day care
Max loves going to Dogtopia! When I ask him if he wants to go 'play with the puppies,' he immediately gets excited! I'm happiest when hes happy!
I love the convenience of my fur baby being able to attend daycare and board all on one visit. I can always call ahead and he is always welcome. He receives great care and love. He is happy to go and we both forget each other exists when he is there. I love being able to watch him on the webcam. The activities are outstanding and creative. I drive over 15 miles so my fur baby can attend Dogtopia. The staff are awesome too.
Friendly staff, caring. Dog was very happy there
They show an interest in my dog as if she were their own.
I love the staff and owner I feel like they all really care about my pups and there well being. Friendly staff, extremely knowledgable, and always put the needs of the pups first.
The staff is always friendly and nurturing to our dog. We have been using Dogtophia for the past 3 1/2 years and have always had a great experience! My puppy is always excited to arrive which says a lot about her positive experiences there. We have used both daycare and short term boarding during these years and have had nothing but great results.
We love Dogtopia for months now! The issue is when he comes home, he smells like urine/cleaner making us not want to bring him as often :(
The meet and greet day was actually great. Ava was very attentive, engaged with the dogs, kept the space clean, and even gave me an end-of-day report on my dog, which I really appreciated. That level of care made me feel confident and hopeful about bringing my dog back.
However, the second day was disappointing and concerning. The room attendant didn’t introduce herself, didn’t provide any update or report, and overall didn’t seem engaged. I noticed a lot of urine and feces in the play area that weren’t cleaned up quickly, so dogs were walking through it and spreading it further. She appeared to be on her personal phone or maybe a company device for extended periods, which was frustrating to witness.
What really upset me was that I had made it very clear on day one that my dog has never been in a cage and I didn’t want him placed in one. I asked for him to be given time to rest in the spa suite, the same one I saw another dog in and the manager pointed out that was at the owners request during the tour. Despite that, he was placed in a cage. I called to ask that he be moved to the spa suite to rest when I saw that he was laying down and continued to be bothered by other pet, again he was placed in a cage. It took around 20 minutes before the message was acted on, and by then I had already decided to come pick him up early.
I also saw my dog barking non-stop in the cage; something he’s been specifically trained not to do. I haven’t seen or heard him bark like that in years. That’s when I knew he was feeling stressed and overwhelmed.
He is the only son I will ever have, and as my only child, I just want to ensure he’s in a space where he’s safe, clean, respected, and comfortable. Had Ava been the one overseeing his care the second day, things may have gone differently. But after that experience, we’re going to take a break and stay home, where I know he’s happy and secure.
What you can do to make things right is ensure that attendants are fully present and engaged, that clear instructions from pet parents are followed, and that communication is consistent and transparent throughout the day. Pets aren’t just animals, they’re family. I just want to feel like mine is being treated that way.

The staff was friendly, answered all my questions and the facility was very ckean
