Ryder has been going to Dogtopia for almost 2 yrs now, He loves it, I like the activities and crafts they get to do. The staff is great they all love Ryder.
I know Ryder can be a lot, but he does need to release energy and I feel sometimes when I check on him on the cameras he is either not in the playroom or he is in a kennel, the only negative thing would I wish the playroom was bigger and had a outside option for more activities. But overall we love Dogtopia.
Oh another location in Marana would be nice as well.

- More personalized reports on how the dog spends their time in daycare and any behavioral issues, etc. Even if the dog sat in the corner the entire time, tell me that so I know what to work on with the dog in training.

Cali can't wait to go see her friends at Dogtopia! I can't say "dogtopia" too soon before we head out, or she gets overexcited and starts whining - she cannot wait! So happy to have found a place she loves and feel confident she is being so well taken care of. The entire staff is friendly and helpful - I love going there myself!
Samatha is amazing with her staff and most importantly our fur babies. Her smile and jolly laugh is so nice to see and hear when brining my little man to daycare. Tysons is so lucky to her her!
Ease of booking, easy communication with staff when needed. We have had two dogs attended this location and they both love it. One is still going. They cannot wait to get there and run crazy.
Staff “loves” (tolerated) haha our furry friends. Haha we know that both are a handful but we love that they get to interact with staff and their furry friends when they go for a day or two.
Price is a little high. Maybe balance with more ways to earn/build day care points with spa services or extra points with overnights or occasional double days? Love the hours and the flexibility. A few times I’ve meant to be on hold but was charged so just smoothing little kinks like that. Would love some more updates at the end of the day on how my pup does in the room

The Tyson's Dogtopia is the best one I have taken my puppy to. I have been to other ones that are not equipped with professionals to handle every dog.

We arrived home a day earlier than we had originally expected. And while we understood it was Memorial Day it was frustrating to get a hold of someone to pick up our dogs earlier. We showed up in person during your first open hours (11-11:15) and no one appeared to be in the store or answered the phone. We did hear from someone before the second open hours and were able to schedule a pickup but it would have been nice to get the dogs earlier.
The dogs do enjoy their time at Dogtopia but making contact in off hours is frustrating.
Fantastic staff, well managed. Only issue has ever been time to drop off and pick up.
Would be nice to be able to visit the play areas in person.
Karre Ann went above and beyond to make sure my anxious cattle dog was accepted and that employees know his quirks!
I love knowing I can drop my baby off knowing she’s well taken care of and having fun all day with her friends! Staff is wonderful.

We love that Dogtopia always has availability to board our dog. The associates are friendly and welcoming to him. I have no doubt he is treated with love and respect while we are away. Our biggest negative is the extreme odor of the facility. I totally understand the nature of the business will bring odor, but its really hard to breathe in the lobby while you wait. I think its probably something even a deep cleaning won't help, its almost as if needs new flooring and baseboard selection. Hope this helps.
Communication with staff is often an issue. We have had 2 times where additional services such as a bath were requested, not completed due to timing issues (not a big deal) and we were told the service would be removed from the invoice, but it was not. As such I then have to call back to request the refund.
This is a minor issue when the care is great and scheduling is easy!
