The staff is second to none! Champ, and myself lol, has separation anxiety but he loves being at the Greensburg Dogtopia! I know that he is well taken care of and safe! He loves the interaction with the staff and other dogs!
I've taken my dog to Dogtopia over 2 years now. When I first started there was a very nice, very involved person in charge, but she was fired, and replaced with another who was not so involved or interested, and now it seems there is another new person in charge-- so why so much turnover?
One stop shop for daycare, grooming and boarding is a huge plus. Katy and her team are always accommodating and great to work with. It's obvious they love dogs!

The compassionate team who cares for my pet Marlo - daily care and overnight stays! My senior age dog loves the spa treatments and the custom protein bowls that are made to order daily.

Paddington had an awesome time at Dogtopia Pearl! We really appreciate your whole team for taking such great care of him - came home happy, tired, and clearly had a vacation of his own. Huge thanks to everyone who made his stay so smooth. We’ll definitely be considering occasional daycare visits in the future. Thanks again!
Everyone is friendly and obviously loves dogs. They know my name and my dogs name and are quick to welcome us.
my dogs are a bonded pair one big and one small...i would love for them to be together and wonder if that is possible? otherwise, i love the convenience and ease. do wish you had more outdoor spaces but understand the limitations of the location

My dog Atlas and I absolutely love Dogtopia, we recommend it to everyone we know! Atlas has been coming here since he was a puppy, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention he receives at the Galleria location. I can’t speak for other locations, but the team at this one is truly exceptional. You can tell they genuinely love the dogs and are passionate about what they do. Everyone is so kind, caring, and attentive, it gives me such peace of mind knowing Atlas is in such great hands.
I appreciate that I can get a descriptive report about my dog, when I call to check on her. I like that there are morning meetings to review any issues
Overall, we are happy with the services. I just think the communication could be better. It is very hard to schedule a spa service and I often just text because the app shows all times, not just available dates and times. Sadly, the last time I texted to schedule a nail trim while our dog was boarding, it was acknowledged but the service was not done. When we picked her up, it was evident that a nail trim had not been done. We confirmed with the receptionist that it was not on the bill and she said it must’ve not been written down and apologized. I appreciated her customer service but was bummed that my text had been confirmed by the other employee and disregarded.
Staff is so friendly, professional and accommodating. My dog loves going, which is a huge green flag and indicator that he’s well taken care of there. I also really appreciate how clean they keep the facility, not a lot of doggy daycare‘s are as clean.
My dog had extreme anxiety around other dogs. Everyone from the very beginning was kind and supportive to both me and my dog! The facility is clean and well maintained. They have so many different special events! Also, the scheduling is flexible which really works for us! Mishka has come a long way since the beginning due to the wonderful people that work there.
Very friendly staff, fun activities for the dogs, love the text messaging capabilities and the quick response times.
The staff is very attentive to all the dogs.
Availability and friendliness
At our meet & greet i asked my dogs nails be trimmed. The lady out it in the computer. When we dropped our pupper off for boarding I asked if they could trim his nails. He was there for 6 days & when we picked him up, his nails weren't trimmed. In checking the cameras, I was happy to see that one of the workers was holding him, comforting him. He's never been boarded or spent time with other dogs so I'm sure he was overwhelmed. Another day however, there was another male worker who was standing off to the side on his phone each time we checked in. He did not appear to be watching any of the dogs.

Patient and experienced with dogs, they have a proper introduction to other dogs and keep an eye on them
The staff is great and they always greet my dogs like they are their best friends. We've been going there for 6 years and the dogs love it.
The app is a little wonky right now but that is a corporate programming issue; small bump compared to the great treatment of my pups.
The BEST Staff on the Planet
I would love to have a report after Rusty’s stay to monitor how he’s doing there. Last time I got feedback it was that he was having trouble “controlling his hips” which I would have not known without feedback.
Business didn’t even use the two hour window to work with my pup before turning away.
Rita is just the very best and the front desk staff are always kind and helpful.

Friendly place and they live your pups as if they were their own pups.

Everyone knows my dog. He is excited to go there and drags me in. Everyone that works there is wonderful. Highly recommend.
