Great doggie daycare environment! You can tell all the employees at Dogtopia Herndon really care about your dog. They know all the dogs by name and provide a fun and safe environment so your dog can interact and play with other dogs. Love the fun photo shoots! Pet parents receive photos of their pet dressed in style for holidays and special occasions.
I really appreciated how knowledgeable and caring the staff are. I received good feedback for my newly adopted dog and they gave me great recommendations for training. Even though my dog requires more training before he’s ready for daycare, I’m looking forward to bringing him back for daycare in the future.
My dogs are able to play and interact with other dogs for the entire time they are in daycare besides the much needed nap time. Also the app helps to plan out daycare and boarding easily. I also like that if want to check in on my dogs I can watch them with the playroom cams.
Everyone is so nice, they care about the dogs. There are always fun or special activities, and Jameson loves going to daycare.
She loves being there! Seeing how happy she is when we walk in and how tired she is when I pick her up, I know Dogtopia is her happy place. Being able to board her knowing she’s already comfortable and has her BFF’s there, makes it much easier to leave her. Also love spa service and ability to get her groomed while she’s there is so efficient and helpful.
Have only had dog nail trimming so far but have loved the service and friendly staff that cares for your pet.

Amazing customer service. We felt comfortable leaving our dog there for his trial visit. And signed up for a package so we can bring him weekly.

Staff are friendly, my dog likes going to daycare!
Dogtopia applied an unrealistic standard of behavior during my dog's (Abby) intake, such that Abby failed for an issue that is largely neglible. We opted instead to enroll her at Pet Paradise, where we were assured that Abby would actually be given multiple opportunities to integrate with the other dogs, as opposed to Dogtopia's "one strike" policy.
Friendly staff. Really seem to love the pups.

I like the opportunity for Belle to play with other dogs and get spa treatment same day. Belle is always excited to arrive at Dogtopia so I assured she is happy while there. She sleeps well at night after her date there.

My dogs absolutely love going to Dogtopia! I really like that they have someone physically there watching the pups while they play. I also love that I can watch them on the cameras and that they never have too many dogs in one room.
This was the only dog daycare that worked with my work schedule. The staff is very attentive and usually know who I'm picking up before I say anything. And the birthday picturea were awesome!

My pup Milo loves coming here, he goes 3 days a week and comes back absolutely exhausted. And when he hears the words doggie daycare he get sooo excited. And we love how loved Milo is at daycare. We were hesitant to leave him with anyone but family but knowing they have cameras it’s and we can check in when we want to see how he is doing.
Dogtopia is great!! They took extra care of my little pooch 🐶 and made sure that his first boarding experience was excellent!!!
