THey seem happy when we pick them up.
Wish they could use an outside bathroom. They are confused about where to potty when they get back. Also, would love a location closer to the north east heights!
It was my doggies first day. I was watching on the cameras . Nobody was playing with the dogs, the person in there allowed dogs to eat poop from other dog, grabbed a dog by the collar and lift it. Definitely not the place for my dogs. And even that I picked them up 3 hours in (12 instead of the 1PM pick up in my reservation) they charged me a FULL day of daycare.

My dog loves to come play at Dogtopia! The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I have noticed recently that the entrance has an unpleasant odor that was not present in the past.
The nicest and cleanest dog daycare we have used. The people are phenomenal including Amy (owner), Jade, Sana and the rest of the team. Highly recommend.

- keep the smell fresher by bringing in more fresh air. Need something done about odor.
- Communication gap, employees need to have better communication with each other so they know what pet needs what and take care of pets.
- Employees need to communicate better about promotions with pet parents.
