The STAFF is always so friendly and kind and loving with the puppers! Even new staff that comes in. Good job vetting :) I love the communication they provide if there's an incident, and the pics that get texted. Oh --- and all of the little events they have. It's like daycare for kids, I love it! Cause pups are family. The boarding $ is reasonable too, and I like that they aren't stuck in crates and with other pups. Offering curbside pickup which I don't use, is such a great offering. What's next guys, a drive thru? Keep up the great work, I have told so many about you. Please never, ever leave Solon!!

My dog seems happy and well cared for
Clean place, very organized, owner is always there, all of the staff is supper nice, trained processionals. I trust them with my dog! She is always happy come go there, she is not stressed!
Very friendly. Quick to respond to questions or calls. People who work there seem to honestly like dogs. I appreciate that the rooms are decided on dog size because I have a little dog.

My dog knows when we're close to his daycare and he goes nuts. He loves going, the staff is great, and my boy gets to play with his friends all day.

Friendly, helpful staff! I particularly like that I can get multiple services in one visit ; that is, boarding and nail trim while there.
Consistency, constant turn over is never good, the employees are unsure and have conflicting information.
They care about my dog
I love that I know my furry family member is loved and cared for while I’m at work. No matter who I have come into contact with at this location. I know Harrison is taken care of and safe!
The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The only concern I had was she was very thirsty after we left so I'm not sure how much water was available to her. Sort of bothered me.
Staff is friendly and answers any questions I have.
Some staff are quick to crate to separate and leave longer than I think necessary.
It would be helpful if staff does not put the dogs in a kennel with the leash on - my dog chewed through the leash and now I have to purchase a new one and they are not cheap

Friendliness of staff
The humans make every effort to keep the animals happy and engaged. I like having the daycare and spa services.
My dog gets to socialize with dogs on her once per week day care stay. The staff is caring and watches out for situations where dogs don't get along. She always seems happy to arrive there!
Kelsey is the best groomer in town. The staff there is always friendly and attentive.

Sam, sure wants to get in the door when we arrive and is very Happy to see me when I pick him up. So, you have to be doing it right! Everyone I've meet is happy to see Sam, they are all kind and happy people. Just a Great place. Thanks So Much.
