The staff there was wonderful, explaining things transparently and spending as much time with me as I needed. The business model, however, was a bit of a turnoff. The number of dogs in the room per trainer seemed extraordinary excessive. Having the dogs relieve themselves throughout the room (including onto/into crates occupied by other dogs) is something I just can’t get past.

I don’t love the two hour rest period from 12 until two. I get it. The dogs need breaks and rest, but if I drop my dog off late morning, he spends two hours in a crate in the middle of the day when I could just as easily do that at home.
Dogtopia Olathe is the best. Best staff we have ever experienced. They called before cutting our dog short because he was matted. We truly appreciate that.
I love that the dogs don’t spend all day in their kennels! Even though my dog goes into her kennel to watch the other dogs ( she is 10 years old), that is her choice! She always seems excited to come to Dogtopia, as she is boarded there whenever I leave town.

The staff seem very kind and my dog seems happy to be there. The video cameras are a little wonky, but other than that - everything seems great. My dog comes home happy and hungry.

How personalized the care is. I watch the web cam as much as possible, and the staff is always very attentive and they look like they love their jobs.
My pup loves coming here and he always seems well taken care of! I do wish the nap time during the day wasn't as long, or that there was an option to drop off/pick up during those times. I would utilize half days more if the hours were better

We have 2 dogs who go to Dogtopia. I can not say enough great things about them. As soon as we walk in the dogs and Iare greeted by name. They are taken back by someone who has said hello to them and is genuinely happy to see them. I love the live feed to see them interacting with staff or other dogs. We know when the girls are there, either for the day or overnight they will be loved and we are at ease. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for loving our girls.
Wonderful and best environment for dogs. Safe. Well trained, knowledgeable and engaged staff. Staff engaged to teach correct dog behaviors. Our dog was not socialized before she rescued us. Staff took the time to evaluate her and put her in the right group of dogs. We have been so happy with everyone at dogtopis both for daycare and boarding. I have recommended dogtopia to other dog owners.
Gunnar loves going there, the people take time to know the dogs, are VERY patient and I believe my baby is in good hands when he’s there.
