Everyone there is so kind, friendly and helpful and they really care about your experience.
My dogs love coming to daycare. The staff is enthusiastic and really love working with dogs. We have been going there for several years. We moved last year and would love to see a Dogtopia closer to our new home in the Willis/North Conroe area.

My dog Nicky came out with his paws and legs dirty from other dogs which I didn't like.
I am a little shocked in the giant increase in the daily boarding costs. It’s increased by 25 a day since I boarded. While I understand a little increase, this is a bit excessive.
Friendly staff who know our dogs and greet them each time we bring them for daycare or boarding.

The staff are phenomenal!! I love the way Oreo is treated like family by everyone at Dogtopia. They know her so well and provide great, honest feedback when I ask how she was for the day. By far, the BEST dog daycare in LIC (Oreo has been to just about all of them).
Honestly I’m just frustrated because in all the years I’ve been coming here I feel like service keeps getting worse and yet more expensive. My dog came home from this visit with obvious fear. Something happened while he was boarding there that scared him and nobody is being honest about it.. Not to mention the bite wounds he had in his snout when he was picked up. He had at least 4 bite marks. I was watching the cameras just before I got called and saw what happened just before whatever traumatized my dog. I know the lady who was supervising the dogs was struggling to keep the dogs off of each other. She also seemed very frustrated with the dogs which is disconcerting. I know dogs can play rough and come home with marks sometimes but you guys took him to the vet for blood on his penis and didn’t mention that he also got bit by another dog. Nobody called me BEFORE they took him to the vet either. Overall communication lacks. Supervision of the dogs lacks. Staff seems friendly at the front desk but I don’t know what is going on with the staff in the back rooms and I think I’m just over trying to be nice about it. You guys need to do better.
The staff is fabulous. Our pup loves to go and play with the other dogs and sometimes things get a little rough. The staff always texts me to let me know if something has happened. They also text if they notice that our pup needs a nail trim or ear cleaning. I appreciate the extra set of eyes on her health. I would absolutely recommend anyone to take their playful pup to Dogtopia!
