Great Attitude! Excellent care and attention to our pets. They interact with them and provide entertaining options to prevent boredom. Indoor and outdoor areas are available and even Splash Days. My Aussie, Ella, cannot wait to get through the door and into the play area to see and play with her friends.! She loves everything abput Dogtopia!
The staff is so helpful and caring. They will do whatever they can to accommodate their clients. The dogs are always supervised, never left alone. My boy is always so excited when he knows that he going to play. Could not be happier with the service and care.
We love the transparency! Actually being able to see every area where our dogs will be, means so much to us. We also love the friendly, dedicated, & caring staff. The communication level is over the top. During our recent weekend getaway, it was wonderful to receive photos & updates via texts. We are so glad we discovered Dogtopia!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and Biscuit gets so excited to play. I especially like I can check on him anytime. I feel confident Biscuit is taking care of
I never received a call or email back regarding confirming this booking. My partner Matt ended up securing the booking in person when he was in the area, which I was fine with, but shouldn’t have had to go that extra step. I was then charged a half-day day care rate for the following day when Charlie was picked up the morning following his boarding. This was not explained that this would happen- and when explored, was informed that this policy is explained during the “meet and greet” which would have occurred years ago. This is just another example of poor communication and customer service I’ve experienced- unsure if due to such high turnover there or what. My previous bad experience was discovering my dog had been erroneously enrolled in weekly care sessions and I’d been incurring charges! Thankfully that was adequately remedied, but never should have happened in the first place.
Dog loves it!
Dogtopia Tyson’s is very easy to work with. They are friendly to the dogs and people too. My dog who is not super social, really enjoys her stays with them. I highly recommend them.
Convenience of the location; friendly staff; safety of the dogs interacting, but also recognizing they are dogs and sometimes certain dogs don’t play well together and the staff quickly responds; being able to check in on the web cameras if I choose to see how my dog is doing.
love the cleanliness of the location and how there are activities for the dogs almost every day, but the best part is the staff! So nice, so friendly, couldn't be better!
I love that the staff seems to really love the dogs. Everyone is ways friendly and upbeat.
It is a safe and caring place for Charlie. All those working there have been kind and caring, and helpful. Those in charge are very professional.

All of your employees that I’ve known and interacted with are outstanding and they all love the dogs , including mine!, in their care. Your manager, Susan, is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and has been very helpful to me in teaching me about dog behavior and training strategies. She also runs the business very efficiently and I appreciate that, especially because of the impact day care has on the dogs’ health. I also greatly value the love and attention that employees like Breann give to the dogs. (My dog loves her in return— as well as other people there, I’m sure, and loves Dogtopia!

The communication is awesome, and I know that while Bear is with you all, he’s in very good hand’s.
In the past month the staffing has been very limited. They seem to have multiple employees quit and as a result there are only 1 or 2 staff members working for the entire place. The other day I went in and their was only 1 person working. She told me she was confused because she didn't know why and I had to point out who my dog was. All the dogs were still in their cages. Also the other day the dogs were in their cages every 30 min due to staffing. Also when I went in there was loud yelling at the dogs and some were fighting and more yelling. Not impressed at ALL. Been going there for a long time and am looking for other options

Having an anxious and sometimes reactive dog, I really appreciate the protocols you have for keeping all the dogs managed in the group setting. My dog is comfortable there and finds a way to be relaxed and sociable.
More info when picking up pet(s). Temperament, poo (y/n,) played (y/n,) Participated in play (Y/N), was standoffish (y/n) this would help greatly..also more video access during the day.
