Great meet and greet process, great information session for me during the dog’s trial. Everyone is professional and welcoming and most importantly, gave me feedback about my dogs first visit and didn’t seem bothered by any of the things I thought might go awry. They clearly look at each dog as an individual - even with their own idiosyncrasies. He’s only been once, but looking forward to going back! Thank you!

Staff is very friendly and clearly loves the dogs! My dog is always happy to go in the morning and happy to come home in the evenings! Easy in and out on weekdays.
I was disappointed with the lack of activities on a Saturday for the dogs. My dog has separation anxiety and does better with activities and distractions. Our experience didn’t feel enriching for our dog.
We know when we leave Tucker at Dogtopia he is in capable hands. You have a schedule for the dogs to follow and in turn there are no surprises.
Tucker was overjoyed when we picked him up Saturday. The old adage "There's no place like home."

Staff was very helpful and informative when we arrived with Bowie. Updates were very nice to get during the day as well. The report card and assessment went well and we are looking forward to having Bowie attend day car and boarding in the future.
Friendliest people, cleanest facilities. I've never felt safer leaving my dog anywhere than I do at Dogtopia! My pug adores this place; he will wait by the door when I tell him that's where we're going!

My dog gets so excited coming to Dogtopia! I know she feels safe & cared for and truly enjoys herself with her BFFFs and the caregivers!
I am not sure this is for everyone or their pup. The spray or wipe the staff uses is not a favorite at all. I do not recommending any person or place because the only way i will succeed is if the price they are being charged , as well as their satisfaction (animal and owner) are happy. I can't be the fall guy regardless.
Having said this, listen and apply clients happinees and know how to work towards satisfying everone as possible as it is accepted.
I can call and check on my dog due to new medication dosing. They are always polite and helpful. When I bring my dog he is never upset showing that he is treated well.

My dog comes home smelling like dog urine all the time. I’m not sure what the solution is but is there a better cleaning mechanism you can use?
Every employee is friendly & loves dogs!
The people I met were very friendly, and I could tell they cared about our dog. They explained how they operate in detail, and our dog had a great time there as far as I can tell.
