They take very good care of my dog, and the grooming is excellent.
Always clean, coaches are always friendly and excited to see our pups; the activities are great and I know it’s giving my dogs an outlet they can’t get at home
admittedly a bit apprehensive dropping off our pup this time as our last visit was not a good experience, however big change since then and found the staff very professional and welcoming! Thanks for the great service and reassurance our Sam was in good hands while visiting.

I love that Dogtopia Meadowvale is a clean and friendly environment where I can take my dog to play, exercise and socialize. The staff here are fantastic - experienced, friendly and caring. I also really appreciate the on site grooming and boarding options.

We have just started with our new rescue Roni and have been very pleased.
Very convenient to my work location, friendly staff, my dog loves going and playing with the other dogs. I also appreciate that you give quiet crate time and lunch. The themed photos are also fun.
Great staff in Fairfield! Enthusiastic and caring people. I always feel my dog is in good hands when I drop him off.

All the employees love all the doggies and they really care and try their best to properly take care of them. Milo was very well nurtured and medicated while boarded and also every day he stays there. We both love them and appreciate them a lot. Dogtopia of Tempe is the best doggie daycare we’ve ever had. The price was raised and no one mentioned this until I was paying my bill. This should have been communicated ahead of time.
Also, walking in overwhelms me with a very bad smell. It nauseates me.
The groomer though is polite and does a fine job on both of our poodles.
I've been taking my pup, Taco, there for a few years now, we both look forward to another few years of visits. They have an incredible staff that assures my pup comes home happy and exhausted.
I'd like to start by saying, that I was so excited to find Dogtopia in Brick, NJ last year when they opened. I was impressed with their business philosophy and the wellness plan subscriptions that Dogtopia offers. I knew I would enroll in the 1 day a week wellness plan as that was what I needed at the time, and the staff was so friendly and it was made very clear how to change or freeze billing when needed. My sweet pup loves going to daycare and is always ready to play when we get there, and now with a change in jobs I enrolled in the 2 day a week plan and he is regularly boarded at Dogtopia.
I wish that I could finish this with all positives but now I need to share why I scored my satisfaction so low.
When the new billing system was kicked off in March it has been issue after issue with incorrect billing. In under 2 months I have had to ask for 5 separate refunds and have had to spend days chasing the staff at the Brick location to ask to be refunded. No one answers the phone, it also appears that no one listens to voicemails or reads the email inbox.
In March, I was incorrectly charged over $200 because the system did not pull in my wellness plan days, I was charged for a day that my dog wasn't there, and I was charged for a half day when we arrived prior to 10 AM to pick up my dog. I had to call 5 days in a row before I was able to speak to someone, on top of sending an email to the general email listed for the location, and I never received an answer back from my phone calls or email. It was incredibly frustrating to be charged such an overage and I had to chase down the employees to get this corrected. Once I was able to get someone to refund me, I was refunded incorrectly. And I had to start the conversation over again.
In a span of 2 weeks at the end of April and start of May, I was incorrectly charged 3 more times. And again, I had to call multiple times to get a refund. I was able to speak with multiple members of the staff and air my frustrations, and ultimately requested to speak to the District Manager, Krissi. As the issues with my billing had become too big of a problem for me and I felt it should not be my responsibility as a customer to supervise the staff on how I am getting billed when I pick up my dog.
It is now June and I have not received a call from Krissi or anyone at corporate. I recently learned that Krissi quit and that the Brick location has no one to rely on. This is truly unacceptable behavior from a business to not have ANY ONE reach out to a customer who has REPEATEDLY asked to speak to someone.
Every time I walk in to drop off/pick up my dog (which is every week, multiple times a week) I mention to the staff in the AM and PM I need a phone call from the DM or Corporate. Receiving the email to share feedback is now where I am left to continue to air my frustrations. I need someone from corporate to reach out to me and speak to me about everything that has gone on.
If it were not for the location of Dogtopia to my residence, I would not continue to go. I used to share how much I loved Dogtopia and told every person with a dog to check out the business but now I have nothing left to say other than my poor experiences in the past couple of months.
PLEASE - someone from corporate give me a call. Ask the Brick location for the cell phone number of Louis's (pronounced Louie's, he's a the black lab/dachshund mix) mom to reach out to me. I will not stop asking the staff to call and if I need too I will start to call other locations to get my request for a call from corporate.

Wish you could just fix the camera angle at “the beach” so we can have a better view of the whole room just like how the cameras provide that visibility at the other rooms.
