Employees enthusiastic & know dogs names. My dog is always eager to go!

I love how friendly all the staff is, and I love how much care they provide to my dog! He is always so happy to be there, and I know that he is in great hands when I drop him off for weekly daycare or when I need to be out of town.
10/10 would recommend.
Staff is amazing. Love the special days (makin' bacon, gotcha/birthday parties). Feel very comfortable leaving my dogs for a day, or boarding for a week. My dogs love their "day with their friends" every week, and come home nice and tired 🤣.

It’s very clean! You don’t smell dog when you walk in. And the staff are very friendly and polite. And the webcams.
We love all the opportunities to keep our dog engaged, all the monthly activities, the cameras if you want to check on your dog, and the kind staff that keep you updated/informed about your dog.
My dog got a wash and was sent home still wet so he smells like wet dog. A dog in the lobby bit me dog and he was bleeding.
They take great care of our fury family member. Though he is always afraid, he feels at home there and seems to enjoy himself.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, easy to schedule reservations. I also love being able to check in on how my dog is doing throughout the day with the webcams. I feel like I can trust the Dogtopia team to take excellent care of a valuable member of my family.

I like your friendliness with my dog and attention to him. Watching my dog zoom when he remembered his trainer when we were dropping him off was priceless, and that shows a lot of who you are and how you care for your dogs.

My dog and I LOVE Dogtopia town and country!! The staff is so wonderful and you can tell they really care about our pets. After having some issues at other facilities I’m glad I found a place I trust with my dog.

You really seem to care about my Molly. She comes home happy and can’t wait to get there and play. I check on her with your webcams (thank you!) and always see the coaches interacting with the dogs and petting them. Since Molly (AKA the princess) is the center of my world, it makes me so happy to see her happy.
The staff is always friendly and helpful.
The app makes scheduling a breeze, and the attentive staff put me at ease when I’m dropping off my pup for either daycare or boarding. They provide report cards about my dog’s stay, and they take special care when providing spa services as well!
The dogs have crates at night, staff know and understand the dog behavior

The ability to watch on webcams, the great employees, the fact that the pups don't get put to bed until almost 10pm when boarding.

The web connection is pretty choppy, seems both on the app and web browser versions. More stable connectivity to watch my pup would be helpful. The app also doesn't seem to capture my pups details and I had to enter information via a web link and doesn't seem like all the info transferred over to the app. Her birthday is wrong as and breed not chosen.
Ii like the daycare. It keeps my dogs active all day. When they come home, they are so tired from playing all day!
I love all the fun activities they do for the dogs, especially the pictures. The staff takes very good care of them, love that I can watch him on the cameras.
