Maybe update front desk area - looks a little out dated.
Because this location they seem to be more organize and dog friendly. They have shown me how the team there engages with the dogs there and the are very professional and know about there jobs .They are pay attention to what your concerns are while your dogs is at there facility.So far so good and saints loves it there .
The grooming was excellent! Claudia is the best!
Impressed how you know the individual dogs and really keep the facility clean. I also like the fact that there is always an attendant present to monitor the pups and to safeguard against aggressive behavior.
I ALWAYS feel my dog Loki is in great care. The staff is always always upbeat and helpful. Staff remembers you well your dog.

I would like visibility to my monthly financial statement with charges and tracking of days used. I have had many instances of improper charges and wrong tally of days used.
Your dog cameras in the rooms are spotty at best. I never get a very clear view and they often don’t work.

Everybody treated my fur baby so well! They were friendly and attentive and she had a blast while staying there through the weekend!

I was disappointed with the father's day gift. reason 1 - when I signed up for it, I wasn't told that it would be a different day for pick up. This was very inconvenient as we do not come everyday and the centre is about 30 mins away from my home. 2) i receives the notification that the father's day gift was ready at Friday June 13th at 4pm. Our daycare day was Wednesday June 11, from 1230-7pm. There was very little notice and I wish they were upfront about that. 3) the gift itself seems very lack luster. a plain blue t-shirt with our dogs name on the sleeve. nothing from Percy - i thoughg he would have "painted" something on it (like paw prints or some similar that was done for mothers day) If I had know i would not have purchased. very disappointed.

The staff care about my dog and listen to my concerns and questions regarding my pet and they always accommodate! I love that there are multiple separate play groups so that my dog can safely have fun without issue! They are also very flexible!

It was a very pleasant experience. They were very informative and provided answers to all of my questions. The meet and greet went smoothly and the staff that were in the rooms with the dogs all day were so good with them. Very patient and playful and made it a great first experience. We have already booked further dates!
The app wasn’t working at times and wouldn’t allow us to log in at times. That is the only feedback - to fix the app.

I have only used Dogtopia services twice. I have not yet tried boarding. It would be nice to see the staff interact/pet the dogs..
Ease of reserving daycare & boarding. Efficient & friendly staff. They treat Nora & Bridget like their own dogs.

The staff is great- incredibly friendly and responsive. Dogtopia is really flexible, I have never had a problem getting our dogs booked for day or overnight boarding.
I love how the employees know my dog by name when I pick her up, even though we had only recently started going there. What I love most is feeling that my dog is a SAFE environment.
