I love our Dogtopia tribe! I came here from another state and Dogtopia allowed me to bring my pup... They have loved Priscilla..... They have shown us such kindness and love They have made recommendations for our veterinary care, dog parks, dog resources, etc. I know Priscilla is safe which means the world to me! Laura T

Friendly staff
The staff are really nice and I love that they do so many theme days/activities. I also like the location and that they have lunch/snack options to purchase for your dog. The facility is very clean and I trust that my dog is taken care of when I drop her off.
App scheduling. That there’s someone in the room with the dogs at all times. That there are Cameras to see how our pups are doing. That they’re assigned to rooms by size. Drop offs and pick ups are easy and fast. Friendly staff. Windows to see our pups. Indoor climate control.
The one thing that I don’t like is how there’s no one there overnight.
Our dogs love the place. We love the caring staff. They are always smiling and excited to take them in. I love their SPAservices and all the activities that they have.

The systems for administration of my account are confusing and difficult to use. Why does a spa appointment require three entries in the reservation system? This is really unacceptable.
I love everything about Dogtopia! The people are very pleasant and friendly. They care about our fur babies a lot! They took great care of our baby so far. I just didn’t get any feedback from anyone the first day of picking him up on Friday. We have no idea how he did on his first day back for his meet and geeet after a long time.
Very friendly. Lots of interaction from the trainers with the dogs. Big rooms.

I love the cameras, and the special events, and how awesome the staff is! The staff is super friendly and willing to help the shy dogs and work with dogs who have special bonds with specific staffers. My pup goes to Dogtopia because I know he will be safe, have fun, and be treated just like the staff's own family!
The Dogtopia employees are always smiling and supportive. They know it is Suzy entering door and greet her with live and care. The grooming both bath and nails is a great, too!

When I dropped my dog off, he had no scratches or blood on his face. However when I came to get him it looked like he had been fighting. This is the second time I've brought him to this location & second told he had bruises/scratches. The first time this happened, they called and let me know and even offered to pay vet expenses. This time, they didn't even mention it. The faculty was very nice but my dog is too elderly to not be protected like that. Also as I watched him on the cameras, he did not have anywhere to sit down and more than likely walked around constantly for 8+ hours while he was there. Again, my dog is a senior and does not have that endurance. Since being back, he has slept nonstop since being there. Although the people are nice, I will not be coming back.

We love that we can check in on Bandit on the camera. We contacted the staff via email to make sure he was eating well and we received a quick response.

I like how Odie loves to be there no matter what. You guys treat him so well we appreciate helping us give him a good life. He used to be a stray and it fills us with joy seeing him so excited and happy.
Literally never answer the phone. No matter what time of day or what day it is I can’t get through.
I feel like my dog is lived and well cared for while boarding. She goes to day care about once a month when she needs a nail trim. Staff always make space for her. The front desk staff is so welcoming.
